Nice stay, we enjoyed the hot tub (open until 11 pm which was nice because we checked in late). The complimentary hot breakfast was great, they offered a lot of options. Waffles, potatoes, yogurt, cereal and a variety of breads. We will stay here again. About 15 minutes from my nieces college so we’ll stay here again when we come up to see her.

The tub was dirty. The refrigerator was off and leftover food in it. The bed was springs and hard l, uncomfortable.the poor was dirty.

When we entered the room, the AC had been set at 60 so it was freezing in there. Why??? Bed was good, breakfast OK. Beware, the toilet was so low and nothing to hold onto, I had to be helped up!!

The room was clean and comfortable, however the room provided was on the first floor with ten or more heating or cooling compressors located right outside the window. They were quite loud and the noise was non stop, so needless to say I had a sleepless night. The rooms located next to all these compressors are truly. On suitable for guests.

So we love this hotel for its amenities and usually their rooms, etc and we stay often for our business. Sadly, this time it was different. The check in person told us that there was recent thefts in parking lot (and that was one reason we stay there, is because they didn't have those issues), then she proceeded to tell us about ripped curtains from sunlight, and I'm sorry but this looked like freddy krueger ripped the curtains that was clearly from an animal and there is no reason curtains shouldn't have been replaced. The beds were rock hard, tiny horrible pillows, the autolight in bathroom also had autonatic fan (even if didnt need fan) hate this as if you are trying to not wake uo others this keot waking us up. We went to hot tub and pool. Chlorine was super strong, effected skin, clothes and eyes and temp in pool was freezing, not heated. Also, no rexyxling options in room or in breakfast area. Overall, this trip has made us consider using a different hotel for future business travel.

Very nice looking clean hotel outside and inside.
Loved the food options at the breakfast, and it was very enjoyable and tasty.
Loved that they had pastries in the lobby when we checked in, and free hot beverages even when the breakfast wasn’t opened.
The pool and hot tub was nice and greatly enjoyed.
Comfortable beds, and clean spacious rooms.
Friendly staff and easy check in. :)
Cons: the only bad thing I would say is that half the games didn’t work in the arcade and lost some money putting it into some of the games. There was a number to call to get refunded, but didn’t bother as we are from Canada and wouldn’t be around to get the refund. The arcade was one of the reasons I booked here for my son , so he was a little disappointed he couldn’t play most of the games.

The light fixture by the bed was falling off the wall, the laminate flooring in the bathroom had water underneath, the HVAC was either to cold or warm, the occ sensor in bathroom didn't work and the entrance lock was wanky - without a hard pull it would not latch.
I didn't complain because I was too tired to change rooms, but I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly and accomadating. And I wish I would have got his name but the gentlemen working front Desk was Outstanding!! We spoke briefly throughout my 2 day stay. But he was very approachable and professional about his job. And for those with a sweet tooth 4-6pm they offer some tasty treats! lol Great Stay!

I reserved 2 rooms one was fine. The other the tv wasn’t working and brown water came out of the tub faucet and the shower did not work. Also the arcade was disappointing to my grandkids.

Very nice hotel. Had a very late check in and they offered fresh fruit, coffee and filtered water. Nice room, everything except the tub was updated. The breakfast was good. The dining staff just kept bringing it out so there was plenty. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking lot was redone, landscape was nice just a well kept property. I will be back.

The property was having the driveway repaved, so there was a very bad smell and no signage on where to enter the property. The desk attendant, although with another person at least should have acknowledged me. Later, after I had checked in, I went to find a cup of coffee. Coffee was cold and when brought to the attention of the staff they said " Sorry, we are not trained to make coffee". Bed was very very firm, and I could not get comfortable. The best part of my stay was when someone came and got the TV working. Overall, not the worst stay I have had but def. not in the top 5.

The best part was the brewery at the end of the properly. Staff was very rude. Walked in to a guy on cell phone with an AirPod in his ear - Carlos. Never stood up or gave a warm welcome. Passed me off to another agent a woman who was beyond unfriendly…. This morning upon checkout we asked for a late checkout they said absolutely no late checkouts and as we checked out found out other rooms did get them which was very disappointing- cleanliness left a lot to be desired and lots of things out of order.
