Staff was outstanding!!! Room was clean, and comfortable. Usually quiet, had a frw nights when neighbors were a little noisy, but not outrageous. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake maker. Only downside to stay was thay had to decommission the hot tub.

Not as expected from the ratings. Little things adding up. Bathroom wall needing repair. Vent half loose. Tv too dark and blurry. Missing sitting chair as shown in listing. Dirty coffee cup lid. Mirror backing coming off leaving discolored streaks

The room I was in smelled really bad, like someone dropped a whole bottle of aftershave in the carpet. The bathroom caulk needed to be fixed and the faucet dripped the entire time.

Only booked this hotel cause it said they had a hot tube and I needed it for my back. Well we arrive and it is down and had been down for months. They said they tried to let you guys know it site never got fixed.

I highly recommend you do not come here. The woman working the check in was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room smelled, the paint is peeling off the walls. I was charged for my room 3 times and when I told the lady about it, her response was “well I didn’t charge you three times it’s not my fault” the hot tub is still broken. It’s disgusting here and not worth $100

The property is not very clean. Most of the staff are rude. I asked for a room on the second floor in the front of the building facing the street and the female rudely replied that she put me on the second room but doesn't know where it is. Unfortunately it was in the back with a bad view. I was kind of unsure of the safety of this establishment due to the fact a housekeeper feels the need tp cary a firearm in plain sight.

Old and dated. Needs a lot of work. Door to our room jammed, so we couldn’t open it. Staff helped, but then it happened again. Key cards didn’t unlock outside doors. Microwave looked like it was from late 70s. Would not stay here again; very disappointing.

Not worth the money spent. Prior to booking here I had been checking the various hotels and reviews in the area and chose this one because the reviews were consistently better. I was greatly disappointed and questioning the validity of the other reviews.
The toilet ran all night (and changed sounds intensity at random intervals), caulk around the base of the toilet was cracked and missing in some places, and the desk chair’s pleather was cracked and peeled off on more than half the chair. The walls looked recently painted and had some decent sized spots that the paint was missed. Carpets were clean. Warning (in case it is important to someone else) this location does not have an elevator.
The breakfast was standard for a basic breakfast (they have the pancake maker instead of the waffle maker). Probably will not stay here again.

Definitely needs some maintenance attention. Metal pieces in bathroom were rusty. Many doorframes were scraped and dented. Very heavily perfumed hallways, presumed to cover a foul odor that came through in some areas.

This property had stains on the bed, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and no curtains so a street light made it feel like day time all night.

The Breakfast each day was very good and had a good selection. I would definitely not serve the Over easy eggs or the small ham slices. They were not very appealing and the ham was tough. Other than that, the food was excellent and your staff was very friendly and helpful.
What I didn't like was that we received clean towels each day for our room, but the beds were not made or straightened. But they were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were fine, clean, spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The building though feels incredibly old, dated, and smells. I'm not sure if it is smoke, mold, mildew, or some combination of the three.

The hotel was ok, but it’s aged and really needs a complete renovation, but hey, it’s inexpensive so you get what you pay for. There seemed to be a dampness to the room which was uncomfortable

As another person stated about a damp room, mine also was. Not anything that wasn’t tolerable but definitely a dampness. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was super friendly. I do wish there was an option to pay for guests to use the pool. We were in town visiting with family and it would have been nice to let the kids swim when it was so hot. I would have paid extra for that. There was a sign that clearly stated no visitors in the pool or you’d be asked to leave.

I didn’t like that the beds were just full size. I had to get a rollaway bed just so we could sleep. Between the size of my husband and my teenage son, there was not enough room for me to sleep with them.

The bathroom was very tiny and not the cleanest. There was a dried up bug in the toilet paper dispenser that had been there for awhile. Paint was peeling off walls and doors. It was very musty smelling in the halls.

The hotel seemed dated. We arrived extremely late. the toilet ran all night and the mattress was uneven.
Breakfast was not appetizing we ended up going to the McDonald’s down the street

It stunk like mildew, was not kep up for being an older hotel. Like one that homless live in. Breakfast was ridiculous. I slipped because of some film on the bottom of the bathtub. Never ever again!!!

Pleasantly surprised. Reasonable nightly rate. Older building but they did a good job renovating. Would definitely stay here again. Many restaurants in the area.
