Service was great! Went for birthday weekend with friends! They worked with us to accommodate us and having adjoining rooms. The POOL was really nice! So would atay here again!!! Thank you for a great weekend!! Also close to downtown and close to restaurants. Uber and ataying at this hotel, made a safe birthday weekend!!!

There was no elevator. I am not able to do stairs. I generally don't state I need an accessible room so they are available for people who truly need them.

The front desk didn't ask about my dog. Then calls the room to tell me that they will need to charge my credit card another $20 for the pet. The hotels.com website says that they charge $15. When brought up to the clerk, she begins to argue that they normally charge $30!!!!!

Very unprofessional

People loitering outside in the parking lot and in their cars made us feel uneasy — so much so that we moved our car to outside our room window. The surroundings were a bit rough and uninviting. Lighting in the parking lot was excellent. Breakfast area was great. Didn’t use the pool area. Some entry and utility door were scraped up. Limited seating in breakfast area and discouraged taking food items to your room. One lamp in room didn’t work and one outlet didn’t work.

The hotel is fine. Expedia completely messing up my booking was not fine.

The pool had slime growing in it on to of water filter wasn’t on the lights were broken and half hanging out of ceiling. Room smelt like a porter potty and the blankets and sheets were dirty. I left immediately after checking in

Shops across the street most things you can use on vacation

The hallway smells bad and the carpet was dirty. The pillows was yellow.

Didn't like that it had a smell to the room. Not enough lighting by the sink door area. Some of the fixture were loose.

The beds were so comfortable! Shower had excellent water pressure.

Hallway smelled of fish with a hint of weed. Rooms were as clean as they could be. The place just seemed like it needed a renovation and there's only so much staff can do to make it feel inviting. It's not that it was dirty but the aura was there. Staff was pleasant to the point I feel bad writing this review. out of 2 days cut the stay short a day and went across the street to the Hilton Garden Inn. Unfortunate, but the difference was like it was 15 minutes away.

We had a overall family great stay.

A good value and convenient location. Nice breakfast, pool and hot tub.

Pretty average stay. The big drawback was the sauna not really working. And the pool room was quite cold until I went around turning the heat up. All in all not a bad stay especially for the price

Pool was not broken

Overall everything was great except we were close to the kitchenette and there is no door so the breakfast crowds woke us up talking and the timer of making waffles. UGH. I highly recommend a door put on that area so your guests can sleep beyond 6am! There is an odd smell to the room; much like trying to cover up a musty smell but not overpowering- just something you could work on improving. Other than those 2 things, the room and bathroom were both newly renovated & painted and were beautifully clean! There is a microwave, coffee maker that worked fast (YES!) and one of the big mini fridges- not one of those tiny little things you can't get food inside- this one was like 3 feet tall. We unfortunately forgot our beer so housekeeping got almost a full 12pk of Busch Light. : / Hot tub & pool were both great on the temperatures and clean. There are a lot of places nearby to eat, too. Location was good and easy to find. We would stay here again.

The manager here is the best I have met! I am homeless right now and he always had advice and showed he cares. I wish I could stay there longer. I feel so safe and happy. It is nice to feel so happy safe and calm with my health issues. They are the kindest people I have ever met! I hope one day I can stay again! It is an amazing place full of caring and happiness! I will definitely miss them!

Was clean and a no smoking property!

Multiple things were not great about this hotel. Our refrigerator cycled through a REALLY loud time over and over and would wake me at night. Our first night of stay there was a man pounding on another hotel door and shouting about getting in - very scary! and management never responded. Our toilet clogged. And breakfast was poorly supplied - the oatmeal would be gone, the apples soft and bruised - just not quite the breakfast selection and quality I've come to expect from comparable hotels.

Kind of run down. But I will say the room was quiet and clean.

Economic option for quick stay overnight while picking up college student traveling home.

The staff upon arrival was friendly and easy to work with. Once I was in my room, I noticed a weird white slime on the side of the bed, booger slime on the walls, and an actual booger stuck to the wall (not exaggerating, it was pretty gross). The shower curtain looked like it has been ripped from the wall at some point and not put back on, and the shower head and faucet were covered in a dark grime. While the staff was very quick to clean the things off the bed and walls after I notified them, I wish it hadn’t been there in the first place.

This is what I expected for the price. The room was outdated and the bedspread should have been throw away. Room was a little musty smelling, but my sister didn't notice it.

I liked my stay enough to give something of value to me to the crew. To show my repeated appreciation for all that they do and have done to be a place that is more than just a place to stay.

The room was clean. Parking was good. The sauna didnt work. I needed to request breakfast items be reststocked.
