One of the rooms the bed was broke. Refrigerator leaked causing floor to be wet.
The cover on the ac/heating unit was off I had to put it back on.

The staff at the front desk was kind enough to give me options of places nearby when I asked for food. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Hotel was quiet ,ample parking, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nothing to write home about but was good the pool however was a bit murky they must have put cleaner in there before we got there we did not go in the pool but we did go in the hot tub

Checked in and checked out after getting into room. Didn’t fell safe with kids bathroom ceiling was falling down and moldy the extra lock on door was broke and not able to use. And the smell was bad

From processing my payment days before I checked in, to dirty room, not giving me the only handicap room with a walk-in shower (I have difficulties getting into a tub as I have a handicap). The guy who had my room decided the day I checked in to extend his stay. Staff should have told him the room was promised to a handicapped customer, but they would be happy to move him to another room. BTW, the male solo guest was not handicapped!!

Service was great! Went for birthday weekend with friends! They worked with us to accommodate us and having adjoining rooms. The POOL was really nice! So would atay here again!!! Thank you for a great weekend!! Also close to downtown and close to restaurants. Uber and ataying at this hotel, made a safe birthday weekend!!!

There was no elevator. I am not able to do stairs. I generally don't state I need an accessible room so they are available for people who truly need them.

The front desk didn't ask about my dog. Then calls the room to tell me that they will need to charge my credit card another $20 for the pet. The hotels.com website says that they charge $15. When brought up to the clerk, she begins to argue that they normally charge $30!!!!!

People loitering outside in the parking lot and in their cars made us feel uneasy — so much so that we moved our car to outside our room window. The surroundings were a bit rough and uninviting. Lighting in the parking lot was excellent. Breakfast area was great. Didn’t use the pool area. Some entry and utility door were scraped up. Limited seating in breakfast area and discouraged taking food items to your room.
One lamp in room didn’t work and one outlet didn’t work.

The pool had slime growing in it on to of water filter wasn’t on the lights were broken and half hanging out of ceiling. Room smelt like a porter potty and the blankets and sheets were dirty. I left immediately after checking in

Didn't like that it had a smell to the room. Not enough lighting by the sink door area. Some of the fixture were loose.
