The woman who registered us was not particularly friendly. The bathroom was tiny with a sink outstanding of the bathroom. The sliding door to the bathroom was completely broken and could not be closed so there was no privacy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also very quiet and convenient to shopping centers. The staff that I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.

Room needed maintenance. Breakfast lacked milk and orange juice, and they were not refilled even after staff was notified. Biscuits ran out before guests were served. Breakfast area needed cleaning.

The check in employee was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier. Upon entering my room, it smelled like stale cigarettes and cigarette smoke. Even after spraying air freshener it was extremely strong. I ended up leaving due to the smell and going to a different hotel to stay.

Everything was good until i saw a big dog going inside the rooms.

My name is M A. I go to Winston for cancer treatment. I have Multiple Myeloma Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and Renal Kidney Failure. I checked in on 8-31-124. I was told i couldnt get what i requested. I needed a handicap accessible room as im wheelchair dependent. So i had to sleep on the Floor in room 216. The very next morning at 9:31am i called the front desk to be moved into an accessible room. We didn't get moved until the second shift came on. The accessible room 119 was filled with flying insects. They got on all of our food as we tried to eat. All in the lobby and hallway. Even an employee complained about them. A desk clerk name starting with K has a serious problem with how ugly she treats guests. The older short lady thinks its alright to talk trash about her coworker to guest. They moved us back upstairs on our last night there wbere i ended up back on the floor in room 224. John was the only desk clerk who actually had a positive attitude and was very accommodating to the guest. I reached out to the Choice brand abd the owner. The owner never called or text me back. This is like the movie Get Out. The location was perfect for my husband to walk and get us food. And for the Cancer Center.

Very clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Only negative was it's next to a very busy and loud road.

The room smelled like dirty socks. The bathroom pocket door was jammed and covered in grime from people trying to get out/in. The automatic double doors to exit the hotel were sticking, and you had to pull them apart to get out. After we went to the room and discovered the mess, I canceled my stay, and we stayed at another hotel.

Fridge didn’t work. Room smelled like dirty feet—I went out and bought a can of Lysol. Can’t expect luxury for the low price.

I read a lot of good reviews before i chose this hotel, I am not sure how there were good ones. Took 20 mins for anyone to come to the front for check in. They are doing construction so there was noise and paint fumes. The bathroom light wasnt working, the remote didnt have a back so the batteries kept falling out and the full breakfast was a joke. The only thing hot was biscuits and gravy and make your own waffle. Otherwise it was the norm of cold cereal, juice, coffee, apples, very small yogurt, bagels, toast and small muffins. I would not call that a full breakfast. There was more staff eating then customers. I would not recommend this place. I have stayed in much better. The room was clean but is about all it had going for it.

Upon entering the hotel, there was a strong smell of marijuana. I told the desk clerk to put me in a room away from the smell and any smoking area. To my surprise, the room we were placed in smelled like marijuana all night. I was forced to place towels on the floor to try and stop the smell from seeping in. I have a special needs child and it was very disheartening to have no way to stop the smell from coming in. I alerted the desk clerk and wrote to the property while still checked in but I have received no response.

Front desk employee was very helpful with room accommodations! The entire stay was very enjoyable.

The halls smelled very badly of weed smoke. No attedent at front desk in the everning with no way to call for one. Breakfast was cold and very limited.

Appliances need to be updated

Room was clean, however a woman headband was located on the floor near the bed. There was no remote control in the room. When I went downstairs the front desk attendant, gave me a spare. Unfortunately it didn’t work. The attendant gave me another remote and it still didn’t work. I was forced to change the TV manually the rest of the night. There were also a few vagrants walking around in the parking lot.

Over all the stay was ok, it could use some updates here and there. It was across from a Suburban Suites that needs a lot of help, and it makes your property look bad, the staff we encountered were very helpful & polite, the breakfast was nice. The room itself was ok but had a kind of musty smell and our frig did not work. It was quiet and we did get some rest in between. The neighborhood around might detear people from wanting to stay.

The staff was very helpful especially the guy that checked us in.

Sliding bathroom door was off the track. Crack in floor of the shower. Toilet flush needs repaired Desk chair back was broken, could tip over when leaning back. Staff was friendly!

Room didn’t have accessible power plugs (for computers). Outside that good value for the price.

This property needs a lot of TLC. It was in a convinient place but from the moment of check in and through out our stay we felt like it could be a place for trouble. The smell of MJ from the moment we checked in was overwhelming, to the sound of barking dogs left alone, to being woken up to housekeeping banging on the walls next to our room, to finally what seemed like a pimp and his hoe arguing as my teenage girls videoed them in the hallways. I could not wait to get out of there. The smell of stuffiness in the room was awfule as well. almost like mold was ready to gorw. I will not be recommending this place at all.

OK if you are on a budget

First room I checked into had bugs flying around. My room was changed and it was better.

The management, and service persomnel all professional polite and welcoming. I extended my stsy.

Great stay, excellent room and great service.

Everything was good. The elevator was broken for the first couple days and the room was on the third floor, but we didn’t mind taking the stairs.

The staff failed to clean my room between each night I stayed.
