My bf and I loved it! We loved how big the room was, how comfy the bed was, how easy it was to use the TV, and how clean everything was. My personal favorite was the mirror outside of bathroom which made it easy to get ready for date night

Easy check in, clean and very spacious room...huge really. Good breakfast...large variety hot and cold. Easy online check out. Could have checked out as late as noon, which is rare. If they had indoor pool, would be perfect.

The hotel check in was easy, though a later arrival and earlier checkout seemed short staffed. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, breakfast was nice and presented well. Room was in very good condition and housekeeping did a great job. We’d stay here again :-)

Went to Mystic for our yearly anniversary and enjoy the stay at the Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was very well maintained. Will return soon.

The staff were very professional and friendly ready to help. The manager Jaime was very sweet and helpful and top notch when it came to interfacing professionally with the guests and insuring a sparkling clean hotel and super clean rooms, clean crisp bed linens, clean rugs, clean window sills, clean bathrooms. Very clean hotel. It is also very well located. Delicious included buffet breakfast. Thank you Jaime!

The hotel is a short drive from downtown. The surrounding has several small plaza but it’s needed to drive there. The room and service is good. The breakfast choice is typical.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out and everything in between. They were all so friendly and helpful. It was such a clean and beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely. Check out was at noon which was great and the complimentary beverages and snacks in the lobby were so thoughtful.

for the price paid per night, we were not happy. the air conditioner roared on during the night and was so loud it woke us up 3 times. the walls between rooms are paper thin, kids were screaming and came right thru the walls. the "breakfast " was an assortment of looked like fake scrambled eggs, and tons of sugery offerings like cerals, blah waffles, fake syrups. the fruit bowl was unripe and hard melons, the strawberries were thawed (barely) frozen fruit. nothing healthy or good for you was offered, just slop for people who dont care what they put in themselves. the "gym" was 3 cardio bikes in a tiny room.. no weights, machines, nothing. as stated, for over 400 a nite it fell far short of what a 400 a nite room should have offered.

The hotel was everything I expect in one... Clean, friendly and conveniently close to all the sites I wanted to visit. I would definitely revisit the Hyatt Place and/or recommend to anyone who wants to visit Mystic,CT.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Shopping and dining options are very close and accessible. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
What we didn't like is the breakfast setup. The fact that breakfast is free is wonderful as are the breakfast options. But it is mass chaos getting breakfast. Guests are all crowded in the buffet area going all different directions and it feels very hectic. The staff does a great job keeping breakfast choices stocked however.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were very quiet, with strong storms rolling through, we never heard the thunder.

The room could benefit from a renovation, especially the bathroom. The AC does not switch off. The breakfast had little selection. The location is nice, lots of dining options around.

The staff was amazing! We had a grumpy neighbor who kept telling us to be quiet (it was 9pm) so the staff said that we can use the conference room. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate us!

The hotel was not only beautiful, but it was clean. The room was amazing and roomy. We were a party of 4 so we didn’t feel like we were in a sardine can. Would def book again, only thing we would change is being place by the kitchen, since breakfast starts at 6am we were awaken by doors slamming and dishes being brought out.
