Location is horrible and lots of homeless people walking around.

We had a fantastic stay here! Staff was so friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, and the area has tons of nearby restaurants.

Everything was ok including customer services... the people that work there were nice. But....... it is pretty run down and we started to see roaches on our 1st night.... we couldn't leave or get another room due to it being new yrs and rave weekend every place was sold-out .... we decided to tough it out becuase its better then drinking and driving.

It was not like the pictures. Walls, curtains where dirty and dingy. It was a non smoking room but had a strong smell of cigarette. We ask what time was the continental breakfast and they laugh saying that’s what the third party advertises but they don’t do that. Overall it has a cheap no tell motel vibe and no I would never stay there again. Also there’s factory next door that’s is super loud early in the morning. Not that I wanted to sleep in but we got there at 3am where out by 8.

Save your money and get something more respectable & safe, sketchy staff & tenants oooh the tales I could tell just being there 30 min...spend the extra money for better service & accommodations. Dont recommend.

This was the worst hotel I stayed in my whole life. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets smelled like pee. Area is completely unsafe and noisy. I couldn’t sleep all night because of noise. I heard a woman screaming and a few minutes later the police was at the hotel. Staff is rude and there is no breakfast.

We were walk-ins and the price quoted was much more than what was noted on-line. The clerk suggested we go on-line and make the reservation which we did and got the lower price. It just was a hassle as we were trying to do this on our phones and were standing in the grass out front when the sprinklers came on! We laughed and then quickly got our rooms so things were OK.

Most of the items in the room need to be updated. Walls, doors bath tub and floor needs more cleaning. The sink water faucet in the room we got, was loose. Air conditioner in working status but missing buttons looks too old. Light lamps are not working properly. Furnitures urge an immediate update, they are too old and seem dirty. I was really disappointed to see the room when we first went in there. We were in San Bernardino just to visit the casino. When we return back from the casino at about 4am it was freezing and my door key didn’t open the door. We had to run back to the office to get another key program! Lucky we were in there just about 3-4 hrs and only used it to shower and sleep. I would not be returning back and would not recommend this place.

I booked 1 king bed but check in not available with the king of bed I feel like cheating.

I enjoyed my stay here. I am handicapped but needed to do a lot of work on my computer while I was there. The handiman came up and carried all of the stuff in for me and did the same for me when I left. The front office was very accommodating and I would gladly stay here again.

This property is absolutely disgusting it looks nothing like the pictures.. my room smelled so bad it also has feces stuck to the floor inside the room .. the AC has so much dust and dirt inside the vents.. the sheets on the bed had spots all over them ... the microwave was missing the plastic on the door itvwas juat the vent so clearly the microwave wasnt usable.. there were ppl hanging outside my door .. i spent less then a hour there before i just got up and left and never came back

I will never stay here again. The Rooms have bugs the walls are dirty. it seems to me that everyone lives there as a residence.

Did not feel safe, had to take our valuables with us when we left the room. Wide gap in the door. Nasty/busted up furniture. Loose plumbing fixtures. Patched holes in all the walls. Place needs to be burned down.

It looks like the place has been upgraded but the finish is not good. Looks like cheaply done.

The city itself is comparable to a 3rd world country but this hotel wasnt all that bad as i thought it might be .

Property had room doors open with people standing outside looking at you, it smelled like weed when you walked by the rooms, loud music at every hour of the night, folks being loud. Afraid my car wasn’t gonna be there in the am. Doors slamming and people fighting at 6 am. It just didn’t feel safe.

Around the area to much sketchy people

Not only was there mentally ill homeless people playing dont take my stuff with bumper shopping carts, there prostitutes, and pimps circling to check on prostitutes. I believe there were residents living in it as well. We stayed one night but then in the morning a random man from the back came and took a picture of my 23 year old son. When I went to approach and ask him why he kept walking fast. I started to take picutures of him. I felt that he was casing my son (because he was nicely dressed for his bday celebration at the casino) but I think he was casing us to potentially rob us. I took pictures and shared it with the staff as I am currently working on my refund. We felt so unsafe I almost called the police. We left right away after the man came back towards our room wearing a hoody and a mask. We had to find an Airbnb. As the casino hotel was and out of my budget.

Your hotel cbanned me for breaking a tv but told me.3 weeks later not tge day of or I'll check out or the day after they also let people in my room when I was there and they said it was amazing as bad but he walked right in my room with that permission pretending he was having his man

Place was clean ,but neighborhood doesn't feel safe.

I liked that it was close to things. What I didn't like was the wi-fi. It kept dropping out. I would have it, and then it would be gone. It was only in my room. When I was near the office, no problem. Also, the fact I could use only one device. With all the modern technology we have, the wi-fi could have been a lot better. And, I know you're thinking, well, we have to raise our prices. No, you do not. Enough is made to incorporate a good wi-fi system. All in all, it was good stay.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Especially ladies. The room smelled, we felt unsafe, very noisy (cop cars, ambulance) you can't open your window curtain, if you do sketchy people look in. When you check in you notice yellow tape on the door of the lobby to go around side window to check in. We literally stayed in the room 1 1/2 hours and checked out (no refund) and paid to stay at the Bear In Suites which was $450 but worth the piece of mind. Rule of thumb you get what you pay for - if you want cheap this is it (MOTEL HELL) Only one good thing! the person that checked you in was very nice and the person that checked me out very nice (THAT'S IT) I give this a negative ZERO

Quite place to get some rest

The rooms were gross. Molding on the ceiling above the shower, blood on the wall in the bathroom and main room. Its like they've never washed the walls in this place.

Advertisement for hotel was not what we got. It seems to have had a different picture of a hotel. Room was old, alot of careless patching on the walls and door. Ice machine did not work, vending machines out of order.
