homeless in parking areas , they changed me to a none smoking room however it still smelled like smoke

It is a good hotel for short stay. It have good parking and confortable beds.

They did not offer breakfast. Here in booking says they offer breakfast but they staff told me they have almost 10 years without having breakfast service. It would be nice if they update that information.

Room is okay. Basic motel stuff. Bed is comfy though.

Arrived midnight, 1am, after changing a flat tire in the rain. The check in counter was behind a bullet proof glass, and staff told me their system went down and can’t see any booking or take any card. CASH ONLY, he repeated. No other way around. I have to drive on my spare tire to find an ATM. After everything, I was told they have NO BREAKFAST whatsoever even if it’s clearly listed on each of their online booking room options.

Walls were not painted, you would completely sink in the bed, smell was not good, only little water came out of the shower head.

Breakfast was not available,location was good for us because we are stuck in town waiting to be let back up the mountain to our home

Smelled like smoke In a non smoke room, there was a hole in the restroom door I paid for a 2 bed room but was given 1 bed

That it was so close to where I was going.

That it had a sign in their room claiming how clean the rooms are and my room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom door was damaged, as well as part of the flooring and the room wasn’t as clean as they stated. I ended having to clean/disinfect the room myself.

this inn does not deserve so many bad reviews! The bed was super comfy, and they got quite big fridge and an oven in the room. I saw people said they gotta wait for hot water, but hot water in our room works just fine! Also I love the view

it’s a little expensive, but probably due to the Escape event. Also I hope they offer toothbrushes.

I didn't like when house keeper enter the room cleaning when I was away..I have 2 days..why should anyone enter my room..especially I didn't check out

Nothing l do th reservations a they call me is not room available after l do my reservation is not professional because the booking a the hotel they have to be sure the rooms available for the customers not is communication both side booking a hotel the manager for the hotel is very rule is not good customer services when u call

staff was poor tried to swindle me after asking was a trying to get a room lying about what they had available after taking someone after me without booking and tried to give a higher price after calling and receiving a much lower one which gave reason that made me book one because I wanted to make sure I didn't miss that good deal which turned to be a whole lie 7 minutes later after arriving to property
