Enjoyed the views and the community location. Sitting on the deck of the restaurant listening to live music and reading a book having a beer.

Timely shuttle service to and fro property. Staff were very helpful and kind. Toilet was a bit noisy but spacious room

I hated the staff while checking in. The room they gave us smelled and was too small for our party of 4. Thanks to the manager named Kyle, he upgraded our room to a newer building and bigger suite, better location. Just an fyi, no elevators, no pool, no spa.

This place was amazing. The room was updated and looked brand new. The entire property grounds were beautiful and the views of the river and mountains never got old. We will definitely be back. This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at by Denali by far!

Staff are very helpful.

This a true resort with plenty of entertainment on the campus. There is some much going on that it is difficult to mention it all. We have been at a singing by a camp fire and gone for a nice family walk by the river and the view of the mountain is breath taking. The resort is a great place to stay with the family.

Amazing stay

Those with physical limitations should not stay at this facility. There were zero handicapped parking spots in the main lot and most of the rooms were in separate buildings which required the use of a shuttle, plus in many cases stairs. In order to eat once again a shuttle plus walking and/or stairs were necessary.

This property appears to be trying to be very upscale. In reality it seemed a bit dated and worn. The room was a bit dirty but not horrendously. Service at the desk was a bit slow but fine. There is no wifi in the rooms, again inconvenient but fine. I would feel fine to stay here again if it fit the budget but it wasn't a favorite place to stay.

Good location and walkable to the majority of restaurants and shops. Rooms basic but manageable.

Our room was disgusting! Mold. Rotten wood. Bugs. If you are not with a cruise, they treat you terribly.

First issue was when we checked in Tyronne was not very helpful as we had some questions about our stay and tours. He told us to go out the back doors to find our room and it would have been a lot closer to go out the front. We had a full bed and a single and were suppose to have a queen. Our driver (Kevin) for the Denali tour seem to be in a hurry as there were tours that left before us and arrive back at the chalet an hour after we were already back thus we did not see much wildlife and we got to hear from other people how nice their tours were and all the stops they made to take pictures. Upon checking out the young girl could not figure out how to print our receipt so after waiting for someone else after sometime they were able to do so yet we still have the $50 charge on our card that Tyrone put on. This needs to be corrected right away.

Our room was dirty. It had not been vacuumed and there was a wet towel left on the floor. The check in agents gave the same welcome and level of helpfulness of the DMV. My wife checked in and I watched how others were treated. They were consistent with their rudeness so I guess that's something. Breakfast was chaos. It was close to shopping. We were not part of the cruise line guests, but they did not have it better.

Love it. Doesn’t seem easily accessible for those who can’t do stairs though :/

Nice location.. within minutes of park entrance. A bit dated - at least the room in canyon lodge where we were staying. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.

The lobby is beautiful- didn’t know our room would be off in another building. the rooms clean but drab. No fridge although advertised.

Great place

Very nice and comfortable. Only con is that parking is away from the actual hotel room / building. So you can either park and walk or take the on property shuttle, which might sometimes take a while to get to places. The elevator buttons didn’t work a couple of times

Great location. No wifi in room, interesting layout of the resort.

Rude staff- No manners, no greetings. . Limited parking. Have to park about half a mile away. Rooms are no way close to the pictures on website.

Horribly rude guest service! The receptionist was clearly in a job he didn't like or fed up with. His attitude was more of "listen and don't interrupt me" no matter whether I understood what he explained or not. After we found our room I called the guest services and asked for some comforters and he just rudely said okay and hung up without taking the room details. I figured that maybe he has the room information from the call itself and waited for half an hour. Upon calling them again a different person picked up and said that she didn't have any information. I said never mind, please don't send it anymore since it was getting very late and I told her that I'll manage but then she had someone send it another 15 mins later after we went to bed. Overall a very poor experience.

We enjoyed the walking path along river and entertainment center.

Arrived late, have dinner at the bar of Restaurant. Amazing prawn cocktail.
