The room is specially bathroom dirty, microwave dirty and carpet dirty and worn. The towels were thin and threadbare, air conditioner had squeaky sound when turned on, windows get stuck and are hard to close. The free breakfast is weak coffee and small sweet chocolate muffins.

The room was well clean. The refrigerator was empty and clean. The only problem that I had is when I went to plug up my cell phone charger there was a small roach inside the plug that morning when I woke up to check out there was a small roach running across the bathroom counter. This is not well. I don’t think I’ll be staying at that particular extended America again thank you.

terrible living conditions. As soon as I entered the room and turned on the light, two cockroaches ran over the table, I thought, well, maybe there won't be any more. But when I took a shower, I saw two more on the ceiling and small ones on the floor. Then I checked my bed , but it was surprisingly clean, so I didn't change the number.

Our first room was marked non-smoking but obviously smelled like smoking. They changed my room and it had a strong chemical smell from renovating the bathroom. Shower head was still taped up from work area. Had to keep the windows open for hours to air it out. But every time we entered the room the smell was bad. Rest of room was clean and nice. Staff were nice too. Parking lot was a little trashy. Should take much effort to pick up trash and sweep things clean.
It was close to nice shopping area with good food choices though. That was a bonus for us.

The property was clean and the staff very kind. It was an older facility, but everything worked. The coffee was good but the rest of the grab and go breakfast was a bit lacking. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a few days.

The room was large & the beds very comfortable. I loved that I had my own kitchen & they supplied me with lots, pans, utensils & plates. If I needed something else they were very good to provide it when I asked. It has a stove, full fridge, micro & coffee pot. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. I have stayed here several times.

This is a good hotel if you need a kitchenette and the convenience of a suburban hotel/motel.
What makes it set apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff— especially Antonio and Hamza. They made the place feel welcoming and like a home away from home.

Very dirty and noisy. Breakfast is just coffee and limited time to get it. No drinking water or fountain in the hotel. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Reported to staff but said it cannot be fixed due to weekend. You have to bring dirty towels to the front desk and wait till the end of the day to get them washed. Towels are washed first come first basis. Very poor customer service by the front desk. Front desk also does laundry.

Staff unfriendly at check-in, hotel grounds not well maintained, the interior of the hotel was outdated and the hallway had an unpleasant smell.

While the room was fairly comfortable and an effort was made to accomodate my needs, the only room available was on the ground floor, which is always my last choice. For this reason I was not able to open my blinds because of privacy issues where my room was right in front of active parking. I was left in a position where I had to keep my blinds closed with no sunshine because then everyone from the outside would be able to see directly in my room. There were no privacy blinds or curtains on the window.
Secondly, the room was unsanitary and not so clean. I had a roach running around the microwave.
Lastly, breakfast on the go could use some improvement. I was hoping for at least a hot breakfast and at least some bagels.

The location was ok. But, the room had a musty smell to it and then roaches. When I told them about the roaches they stated they would check/ spay my room. This was in the morning. Once I returned in the afternoon I asked the front desk to do a walk-through with me. And what would you know more roaches! They moved me to another room that smelled like Marijuana and refused to adjust my room price for the last night of my stay. Poor decision on my part for booking this hotel.

There was nobody at the counter during check in at 4pm. I had to wait for 10-15 mins as the only person there was away from the desk helping somebody in their room. But, when I returned at night at 11pm there were 2 people.
The halls had a very strong smell of marijuana.

Terrible and strong smell in both rooms. Very poor condition- broken bathroom.
The staff insisted there was no smell and that there was nothing wrong and refused to switch room.It was already night amd we needed ti stay for only one night so we tolerated some how.
Very poor cleaniness. They should not call it breakfast( only coffee+muffin+ bars in a roller-rack in front of reception).
Extremely unsatisfactory house-keeping and cleaniness.
