Usually our stay here is really good. This time the room was not as clean the phone did not work. The check in lady was not helpful and actually she was really sarcastic. The room had a smell but the hallways smelled really nice. They need a major overall upgrade to this hotel

I booked my room and when I arrived, there was no electricity. Everything was dark. I booked it the same day I arrived. Hotels. Com should be on top of this. I’m so disappointed.

Nice property however the smoke alarm went off three times and when we called the desk late in the evening they told us to remove the battery. When I did this, the alarm would not shut off. Was told no other rooms available. I went to the desk and all of the sudden another room was available. Why no maintenance on site?

we asked the staff for fresh towels they said no. we asked them for fresh sheets they wanted them to make our own beds??? they wouldnt come change our trash cans. the hallways had a weird, odd smell to them.

Everything you need and nothing you don't. Had 2 room suite with kitchenette and sofabed. Room was clean and everything worked. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Laundry room and gym on site. Some grills outside, but did not use them.

This is a bit of a run-of-the-mill hotel. No frills or anything crazy. Really good if you are bringing a dog as they seem to be very animal friendly and welcoming to pets. However, my room could have been better. Some of the renovations seem to be a bit older and not necessarily well done.
Once we got to our room after check-in it was late and me and my wife were both ready for bed. When dealing back to covers we expose numerous Long hairs on top of the sheets. Indicating to us that they only ever change the top sheet. Some of the room could have been better as well as you can tell that the furnishings were a bit older with marred surfaces, peeling paint and a very very suspiciously squeaking bathtub.
Overall, if I am to stay in the area again in the future I probably will be looking for another place to stay. As I feel what they charged was not necessarily on par with the other numerous hotels in the area.

I've stayed here in the past for longer stretches while a family member was ill, but decided this would be my last time. I arrived earlier than expected after an 8 hour drive and was told a room was available but I would be charged a $25 early check-in fee. After signing for a $100 security deposit, I was informed I would also be charged $5 per day for parking...on an open backtop lot with no security! Sorry, all these ridiculous upcharges for a so-so hotel with lots of nicer places around (espcially in this economy) just cost you a repeat customer. Also, being greeted by staff in a mask is offputting and outdated too.

The front desk gave me the studio instead of suite I booked. After I showed her the screen shot, she said there is no suite in the hotel.

The only thing I didnt like was needing to go back to check in or I would be charged $25 for early check in. I had asked if i could check in and get the key so i would be able to go straight to the room after my son's party. I stated that i didnt know when that was going to be, nor did i need to go to the room until that evening. She still stated it world be $25 for early check in. I ended up coming back to check in.

It was close to the airport, close to shopping and restaurants, close to interstates, close to the Beck Arts Center and close to Bay Village.
The hotel is an older property but my room was recently remodeled. it was clean and I would book again if I returned to the Cleveland area.

My boyfriend came from Florida to visit just for a weekend trip and we picked a hotel we never stayed before, but we are excited to stay here again next time. It is a lovely place, and very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. 5/5 stars for us. The room itself was very well and clean and huge too.

The hotel is fine but I can’t understand how maintenance could leave a room in such poor condition and still assign it to guests. The floor of the shower tub was cracked and peeling, it was not comfortable to stand in with broken fiberglass beneath your feet. How do you not take this room out of service and fix this? Plus no daily maid service? I’m going to simply stop staying at hotels that don’t have daily maid service, this started during Covid, then was made policy to save resources, but we all know this was to reduce costs by cutting wages of those most in need of a living wage and often don’t have a voice to be heard. It’s ridiculous, and major chains like this need to do better.

Beds were so comfy!! Staff was great both at check in and check out. Would stay here again for sure! Loved the puppy pictures by the elevator. Felt like home away from home. Thanks guys!

Super sketchy. Lots of super dressed up/made up teenage girls and 40-50 year old men coming and going while I was being checked in (approx 20 min). I found another hotel quickly and left.

I liked the layout with the kitchenette, the table with room because it was an L shaped table. The bathroom counter and shelves were a plus. Much better than no counter room.

The facility is clean and quiet. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated and facilities are a little sparse. My room was nice and very clean. It provided what I needed for a one-night stay. I appreciated the in-room microwave and (full size) fridge were clean - In most hotels they are filthy! The bed was comfortable. And even though the location is fairly close to the airport it was remarkably quiet. If you are looking for a good value "no-frills", quiet, clean place to stay for a night or 2, this is a good option.
