Everything was good. We stayed here about 4 yrs ago and it’s convenient for why we’re in Round Rock. Despite the mild construction all was great.

The hotel was great value for the money. The breakfast was excellent. It had a lot to choose from. Swimming pool was nice clean and cool. Whatever you do….. Do Not follow the GPS to this location it will not take you to the hotel address. It will take you to Georgetown.

Property charges $50 "damage deposit" if you book on Expedia, which they hold for "3 to 5 business days". Room smelled and the toilet was loose, you had to be very careful if you sat on it. At 2am the room above us were either banging their feet on the floor or jumping off the beds until sometime after 3am. I was too tired from a long day to deal with any of it, just know now not to book here again.

It was good for the one night, breakfast was a good start to the day.

The bed was very comfortable. The phone did not work and there was no body wash in the restroom.

The hotel was okay! You could hear the people above walking. I think they had children so they banged all night while we tried to sleep. The room was a bit musty! Nothing terrible but for a few more dollars I think we would have been better off across the highway. I reserved because it was Wyndham.

It’s looks like they were doing some remodeling. Lots of noise. Not very clean on the side I was staying in.

Overall stay was great. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and happy with the turned down service each day

The check in was easy. Once at my room, it was clean and had the necessities. Breakfast was ok, and service great.

Check in was complete chaos. First issue is the undisclosed deposit that I read about in a review before I booked with them. So I called twice to see if there would be a deposit. I spoke with two different people and was told there was not a deposit but of course after I get there, there was a deposit that they guaranteed would just be a hold and it would be released when I checked out. It was not just a hold, the payment posted to my credit card. I checked out 5 days ago and I have yet to get that money back. After that issue, they informed me, that they didn't have any clean rooms and that I would have to wait for a room. I was not offered any type of credit for this issue either. We finally get into the room, at this point, we are running terribly late so we're trying to jump in the shower and just get dressed but there's no water. My Fiance goes down to the front desk just to find out that they turned the water off due to a busted pipe. We ended up being an hour late for our event. They were doing some remodeling so there was stuff out of place but it was not dirty. I absolutely loved the mattress on the bed. I got the best sleep ever during my stay.

Convenient location. Dirty hallway and elevator. Untimely check-in. Customer service representative had problems checking in guest before me. Customer service representative couldn’t find all the reservations for the guests after me. CSR waited on next guests before completing my check-in. Very dissatisfied with check-in. Rooms were very clean.

I did not like that the pool was not open ,

I would absolutely tell everyone to never stay at this property. The TVs were at least 20 years old, the wifi worked terribly. When i checked in, I told the clerk I needed an extra day. The owner came and was trying to hike my rate up at an extreme rate even though the hotel was obligated to give me my rate as a travel worker. He was NOT friendly. The 2nd shift clerk was an absolute joy and took care of me, and stood up to the owner stating what he had to do per company policy. If it wasnt for the clerk, I would have refused the stay immediately and found another hotel. Book somewhere else. Stop giving money to terrible owners who doesnt care about customers.

The room smelled like dog. The sink water was sitting. The tv didn’t work had to turn channels by hand.

Location was ok

I had requested and was able to do an early check in . The manager and staff, were understanding and able to facilitate my request. Our room was clean and comfortable, no issues with noise . The hotel is going thru some renovation with the pool , the side door to have access in is not working . We went for breakfast at about 9:00 am and staff was then quickly putting away items with no hesitation. Otherwise, I would stay here again for a one to two night option.

Check out is promoted as 12PM on the Expedia app. Even inside the room there is a paper that says “check out at 12pm” and front desk lady says we have to be out by 11. We had reserved this hotel because of the later checkout time than the hotel near by.

Decent location and only about a 30 min drive into downtown Austin. Plenty of parking in the rear of the hotel. Pretty quiet for the number of guests that were there. Friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. Lobby was very clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks. The room however smelled like mold and mildew and the bed was pretty stiff and uncomfortable. Our toilet also refused to flush and the sewage did back up into it. The staff was notified when we noticed it on night 2 and they did their best to try and help, however no other rooms were available to switch to that had a King sized bed, so they said that they'll have the pipes flushed the following morning, but we didn't notice any difference. Overall water pressure was really low in the bathroom in general. We either used the restroom in the lobby or used it before we got back to the hotel which was a little inconvenient.

My door looked like not had been broken into. I probably should have requested a room change. And the interior of the bathroom door was peeling. And wouldn’t stay open or closed.
