Room was trashed, not cleaned. Elevator (the only one) was broken. Dog poop in shrub bed. Only 3rd floor rooms available. Did not stay.

I had a “reservation” & got there to be told I didn’t have a room because “they overbooked”! We had lost electricity due to the ice storm & to get there and here that was both stressful & upsetting.

That it was a 4 r 5 minute drive to work I do am a travel nurse

The first room I was assigned the lights didn't come on so I had to go back downstairs the second room the room wasn't clean it was dusty and no tissue are face towels the place is old outdated the microwave needs to be replaced it's rusty in the inside I wouldn't use that the tissue issue the rude front dest guy was nasty oh the truck hasn't come in we are no longer in a pandemic where tissue can't be bought I paid almost 80 dollars for a room and you couldn't buy tissue for your guests to use after all I didn't get a discount nore did u email are call me and tell me to bring tissue I stayed because I didn't want my hard earn money held up are me having to pay anyway I can tell you this as long as I have breath in me I will never get another room there by the way I always use motel 6 for my traveling needs the only reason I ended up at your place is because the agency I worked for said it was really close to the job I explained to her what happened and motel 6 will always be my first choice. And you said breakfast and coffee that was a Lie to pets are ok but I feel they should be on one hall not everywhere no one want to hear barking all-night

Everything. The bed was a double bed not a queen as advertised. No toilet paper only kleenex box.
