This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will gladly come a third time next time I am in Illinois! The staff is very friendly and polite, do an amazing job informing us of all the hotel services, and have a speedy check in/out process! The rooms are always huge and well cleaned :)

Well originally I was put on the 3rd and soon as the elevator open in was a strange smell, upon getting in my room it was also a smell. Later when I set down on the couch it stinked bad and at the point I went down stairs to bring this to staff attention and was switched to a room on ,6th floor that was much better but at this point I was very uncomfortable there but it was late and I was tired

This hotel is a very good place to stay in while on vacation. The staff was very polite, the rooms were clean and fresh, the breakfast was hot and good with a variety of options to choose from. I will stay there again. 👍👍👍👍

The staff were amazing at this hotel. The breakfast was great and they were always keeping things stocked and fresh. The rooms were perfect for our group of 6. The pool area (cement surrounding it) needs to be cleaned. The pool itself was cloudy and likely had too much chemicals. Overall a great stay.

I like the size of the room and that there is a sink by the fridge area. I also liked that there was a couch in the room… very spacious setup… What I did not like was that the hotel was not clean. We had to get our sheets switched out because there was blood on them. The room was clearly dirty in the crevices. It looked as if they did a quick clean instead of a deep clean. It was quite disappointing given the price we payed for a weekend stay at a Branded hotel such as the Hyatt. We will not stay here again. The staff were rude when we were purchasing a drink and snatched the card out of my friend’s hands. He acted as if she was a bother. All in all I would not recommend staying here. The best thing about this hotel was the location of it.

Overall everything is excellent and staff is phenomenal, they do everything possible in their capacity to help you out as much as they can, staff is very kind and is the highlight of this hotel. The only thing which I noticed that hotel needs updating and renovations.

Up all night from kids running in the halls, dogs barking, room filthy, black mold in the bathroom, elevators broken, people waiting forever for a elevator, breakfast room out of food, food spilled everywhere, water on the floor everywhere on main floor. People in room above were noisy but calmed down later in the evening. Did not expect to hear our neighbours as assumed sound proof between rooms especially above. Another surprise was single ply toilet paper. Never encountered this before in a hotel with above average reputation.

I was double billed for the room and it has taken one month and several twenty minute long calls and my money still hasn't been refunded. Hotels.com will not help me at all. And the hotel keeps telling me that they will refund me my money, but they never follow through.

I typically have good luck with Hyatt Place so I booked this hotel for a recent 4th of July trip with my family. We were given a room that was in need of serious upkeep. The pullout mattress looked like it had blood stains and the springs were popping through in some places. Carpet was extremely grimy with dirt ground in. The cloth sides of the bed frames and the couch itself were also filthy. We thought about getting another room but were told this was the only available room that could sleep 5. Also, when we checked in there barely any towels and bedding for the pullout was missing. It took quite awhile to get all of that-it seemed like the place was understaffed. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was ok. But that didn't make up for the condition of the room and hotel in general.

Everything was great, the only thing was that breakfast was very crowded, and as there was a lot of people it got very messy. Other than that our stay was great. The manager was extremely nice. We had a late flight and were able to keep out suitcases for a couple of hours. Will definitely be staying in the future with you again.
