Just an overnight. Had whatvwas required.

The bed was very small , had roll together. There was a smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom sink every time you used it. The shower wasn't very good . The breakfast was chaotic, although it was included in the price .

Low cost but very clean and comfortable. Car Parking is free at the hotel as is the breakfast which is included in the price. The shower in the room is great - yes it has a curtain vs a glass door - but the water flow is excelent. Our room had a minor issue in that toilet seat was a bit loose - I did make a commnet about this and I am sure that they will fix it and secondly I purchased two small bottles of water from reception and was charges £4 for them - a bit expensive

Basic hotel, but clean, free parking, near York City centre. Breakfast is included in the price and is of good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only potential small negative is that there are no lifts - so this may be an issue for some people (it was not a problem for us)

Very disappointing stay. No air-conditioning in rooms. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. No air vents in bathroom! Below par breakfast.

We did not actually stay at this hotel. We had to cancel our stay and tried to cancel more than 36 hours before, but the hotel would not give us a refund. We were having cell phone problems and would have requested a cancellation earlier than this, but could not get access to the site. I feel it is ridiculous that your cancellation policy for a full refund is so far ahead of the date of stay. This does not accommodate for guests who might need to cancel due to circumstances that are out of their control. This seems like it is a way to just set people up. No hotel we've stayed at has had a policy this strict. We would still like a refund.

We came at a busy time. I would advise ear plugs as you can hear other residents easily. More affordable than others in York as reflected by functional facilities. Breakfast was quite good but sevice area gets busy - I think a visit at a quieter time would be better. Staff were excellent- clearly run off their feet but despite that really friendly and helpful.

Very good for a night stay breakfast was excellent.

Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was good, wide variety of options. Staff very friendly.

The hotel staff were really accommodating and allowed us to check in early with no problems into both of the rooms I had booked as we had to be at a nearby wedding for 12:30. Beds were really comfy and choice of firm and soft pillows were also available The buffet breakfast you get included with your stay was really nice and has a mixed of cooked breakfast items and croissants, pastries etc. The free parking was also a big plus point as in York the parking can be extortionate, just the tiniest little negative was that a few construction vehicles kind of hogged the car park but this was no fault of the hotel. Overall, a really nice stay, thank you

You need to change the Post Code as it took me 20 minutes to find, change to name of adjoining Pub

It was amazing,the staff where brilliant kind,friendly,and certainly went out the way for us.food at breakfast was good plenty of choices and a pancake machine to die for i would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly stay there again .

I found no fault with this property! The staff were very friendly but at the same time very hard working. It was easy to use the park and Ride into York and only a short drive to Castle Howard and Stamford Bridge.

The area outside our bedroom window had some rubbish strewn across it.

We were welcomed with a big smile at check in (Thankyou Reece), very helpful, professional and kind staff throughout or brief stay. Breakfast was fantastic, kids enjoyed using the automatic pancake maker (thanks Mandy). In short a fabulous stay. Thanks again.
