Carpet in room stained in areas.dusty surfaces torn bedspread but ehat can one expect for thatvprice

Room was nice, staff was nice. Only complaint was that our A/C was not on in our room and it was very hot when we checked in at 11pm. Wish they would have had it on for us since it had been so hot.

The service was good, and the continental breakfast was decent. The only problem was the hotel did not have any quarters for the laundry machines. I could not do my laundry.

Hidden yet well located

Thought the Choice breakfast had more options was limited and it basically had a bunch carbs and no healthy options. Coffee machine needed to be broke down and cleaned with vinegar and could tell old coffee residue (might not know since they don’t drink coffee. They don’t offer coffee, tea or hot cocoa 24 hrs a day like other choice hotels. The laundry service outdated not working, no lint catcher in lint area and potential fire hazard. Some rooms the lock is messed up, others coffee maker not working, hair dryer missing and floor carpets not shampooed in years , stains on bed spread, refrigerator not working, missing picture and tiles not secure to floor. They rush you out of the room all the time and hospitality they don’t understand. I didn’t free room ever from any Patel so not sure what the deal is. They advertise a pool but don’t have one. The mowing of the grass hadn’t happened and weeds everywhere. The back of the property not maintained. Owners drive a black Mercedes but don’t have trash and landscaping cleaned up ?

The carpet need to be replaced

Always clean and friendly service plus a great price! There is a well lit parking lot and the family that owns it seems to take their time to do a very thorough job cleaning.

Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was good! Parking was so easy! Hotel needs to be updated! Bed was soft (which I like) and so were the pillows!!

Nice and friendly staff

The property was so disgusting!!! The sheets were dirty and the floor tiles were extremely loose and came up off the flooring. Not to mention the odor in the place smelled like mold and mildew so bad. I will never come back to this hotel. The bath towels were gross and had stains on them. I had hope that the breakfast would be decent but it was the opposite. The waffle batter they supplied tasted like chemicals and I could not make it more than a few bites. Overall for a $350 hotel for 2 nights this should not be the experience I had.

The room that I had paid $60 for and originally wanted a $250 deposit which they lowered to $100 cash. Smelled like a bucket of urine I've been in porta potties that smelled better. Simply disgusting if we would have had a better choice at the time we would have vacated

Quiet area near tons of food and shopping. Clean room.

This may have been the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Carpets were stained with something red, in many different spots. The floor of the bathroom had pubic hairs still on it. Mold in the cracks of the sink, stains on the bed spreads, a smell of mildew in the room, broken and cracked furniture and some strange substance inside the A/C unit which kept us from trusting using it. The TV remote only turned the TV on and off and adjusted the volume, but it wouldn't change channels.

Do not stay here if you like to sleep somewhere clean. Our carpet floor had dry blood splattered all over it. Also blood stains on the lamp shade and sheets. It looked like a murder scene. Our bed was made but the sheets and comforter were dirty and just plain disgusting. We had to get new linens from the front desk. Paid WAY to much to stay here because it’s close to Notre Dame Stadium. I guess this hotel knows the rooms are gonna book up anyways so they don’t care if their rooms are disgusting. Will never stay here again!!

Lobby was OK, but hallway carpeting is threadbare. Breakfast just OK, not great. Our room had a stained bedspread, and dingy looking towels in the bathroom. The pillows were very small for a king size bed, and the headboard does not meet the mattress so hit my head on the edge of the headboard.

It was an excellent stay at the centrally located place.

Peaceful

Stayed at this hotel for a friends trip to Notre Dame football game. Nice hotel close to some restaurants. Staff was amazing seemed like an older hotel could use some updates but would forsure stay there again.
