The people above my room brought their young children with them. They were yelling, stomping, and running across the room above me. Also sounded like they were jumping on and off of the beds. Completely impossible to try to sleep when there sounds like there is construction going on above your room. Stayed here 3 nights, 2/3 they were doing this when I tried sleeping.

The staff I met at the desk were good. It’s a clean hotel, just unfortunate the management aren’t willing to be reasonable

The people above me brought young children with them and they were sprinting back and forth across the hotel room 2 days in a row, and were also doing the same thing when I was trying to go to sleep at night. Called and nothing really happened and management refused any form of compensation or anything.

We reported three deficiencies to the clerk on check out. There was a big crack in the outside window to which the clerk responded: "Was that there when you checked in?" It was and it should not have been a surprise to the clerk. The fan in the bathroom worked intermittently; the show doors would not close. In addition, since it was a king bed, it is highly unlikely children will stay in the room and the toilet, which was very low to the floor, should be higher. The clerk laughed at that comment which is not funny for adults and seniors.

Breakfast was excellent. And suite was roomy for our group of six.

Hotel staff were friendly and it was clean

Hotel had booked teams on the top floor who were checking out in the middle of the night. The teams were unsupervised for a couple of hours and were very noisy so we were kept awake till 2:30 am. We called the front desk a couple of times but the noise didn't stop

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean. breakfast wonderful. Need a microwave to warm up blueberry muffins
