It was a space that seemed to be of lower quality. I wouldnt return.

The stay was nice and reasonably priced given that there was a home Steelers game that weekend which was causing a lot of hotels to sell out. Breakfast was just some granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. The room was spacious and clean (except for some old stains on the carpet) and the hotel was quiet and in a nice area. Overall we definitely would stay there again.

Arrived and entrance was dark, no lights were on, there were also several men standing and sitting in the entrance way.
The hotel was extremely basic, absolutely no frills.
The elevator was not in service during my stay.
The hotel was very, very noisy, heard running in the halls, it sounded like a heard of elephants each morning and night in the room above mine.
The carpet in my room was in dire need of being replaced and the room and furniture needed to be cleaned better and dusted, I wiped everything down myself.
The water pressure was very weak.
I won't be staying again.

The property was clean, kitchenette was well equipped, towels, paper products and courtesy items were well stocked. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll stay here again in 2025.

It was an enjoyable stay. My only comment is there is very few choices on the continental breakfast and no unsweetened creamer or half and half.

The hotel is dirty with numerous carpet stains. Our room was clean but had old and chipped kitchen countertop. The staff was somewhat friendly, but some of the staff were outright not caring and dismissive.

I arrived a day earlier than reservation and thankfully was able to get a room. Front desk staff, Keith, Paul, and Dayja were awesome, they worked miracles for me to have a room a day early and not have to move the next day. KUDOS! Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. I heard no noise, no doors slamming, no talking, superb! The hotel is older and dated, couple of maintenance issues I notified the housekeeping about. Bed was comfortable. Glad there were places close to get a real breakfast.

The room was dirty, I had to clean it myself. Also because it’s a long stay the room was never cleaned although I was there for a week.

The property is pretty old. Room as well is bad with dirty carpet, broken kitchen cabinet and noisy ac. There is a lot of noise from corridor and all the night it felt like someone trying to bang on ur door and trying open the door. Reception staff are helpful and attended our issues. But washing the linen within office, shabby lift and premises is not great.

paid a lot more for a night than usual for this hotel and did not even get bread/jam/cheese for breakfast. it was just packaged cereal, and protein bars. I realized I paid for a 3-star hotel price and got a motel-like experience.
The micro oven in the room was burnt from the inside, smelling like cigarettes. we could not even heat milk in it.
Overall, a very very very bad experience staying here. Will never come back to this place and will never consider Extended Stay America

The property was dirty, the carpet, walls and shower curtain. They have NO ice available on site. They wash the linen inside the office. Management admitted that she has fired staff for popping sheets. Staff was rude. The property is very dated and smells awful.

One particular staff was very rude. Furniture and bed not suitable for human use. All Furniture looks like they were picked up from garbage dump.

Good overall. Lots of parking. Room was excellent. Breakfast options were very limited, just small and basically a few items to go.
There wasn’t any hair dryer or portable coffee maker in the room, I thought that was odd.

The room was not very clean had to request new sheets because the ones on bed were dirty and the toilet ran constantly.

Room was dirty, unclean, garbage still in the trash can and to top it all off it was already late in the day with no other rooms available with this place! The concept that they assigned the room without checking or having any kind of note whether it was cleaned and prepared for the next guest is mind boggling!! Yet they happily assigned despite no staff available to clean it up.
We didn’t have a choice unfortunately and ended up cleaning the room sheets ourselves and it wasn’t pretty.
Requested a cancellation the very next day with the local manager and it’s been a month since and yet to receive any refund or response! They are lucky still that I didn’t request a dissatisfaction compensation!
It’s amazes that basic amenities and qualities are not part of a package anymore at this place and complete disregard to it is very disappointing and depressing to say the least.

The room was nice with space for work and for eating, with a small kitchenette. The kitchen was clean but the faucet dripped (minor problem). All furnishings worked and appeared clean. The bathroom was mostly clean with a little bit of mold on the edge of the walk-in shower. The sower itself was clean. This was my first stay at a Extended Stay facility and for someone on a limited budget and needing kitchen facilities, this would work nicely.

First time staying at this hotel in Monroeville. The hallway had a really weird odor to it before we got to our room.
The room itself had clean beds and a clean bathroom, but the trash had not been emptied, and the filters on the ac unit were incredibly filthy. We cleaned them so we didn’t breathe in all of what was stuck to the filter. The carpet was pretty stained and in rough shape.
It’s nice to find inexpensive hotels that are clean and good for an overnight stay, but we’ve stayed in much nicer and cleaner hotels for cheaper.

My room was easily accessible. All the staff members were pleasant, polite and helpful. The air conditioning worked great and cooled the room quickly and quietly. The bathroom had the best exhaust fan I have experienced in just about any hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

I've honestly never been to a hotel where no one was at the desk when I walked in. Because of work, sometimes I have to check in after 10pm, which was around the time I walked into this hotel. I waited ~15 min and saw no one. Especially when you're tired, it just feels like a pretty long time to wait. The number I called connected me to headquarters, who in turn began calling the hotel on my behalf. I believe they tried at least 3 times and finally someone showed up. This was pretty disappointing service after a long day of work when I just wanted to get to bed. The room itself was fine, pretty clean and comfortable, but starting to look a little bit run down. Service was just disappointing though and that's definitely a significant part of the stay. For that reason I probably wouldn't be back.

The bathroom floor did not appear to have even been swept, still debris, hair on the floor, the carpet appeared to be so soiled, we left our socks on. The towels were so stained my granddaughter asked if they were okay to use. Also, our TV had no signal so it was unusable. We were there on a Saturday night and maintenance would not be in until Monday. Guess it was okay for a quick overnight but we felt it was not clean. Would not have stayed there if we knew.
