The only king they had available with my prepaid reservation had been vacated that same day by a tenant that had been in the unit for nearly a year! The hallways and interior carpeting smelled of animal urine. The linens and tub had hairs in them. I ended up purchasing a cheap queen set from Ross to use over the bedding. There was no breakfast available as provided in the amenities description. There was no microwave in the unit and when they firnished one it was molded and appeared to have caught on fire. When asked for another room i was advised that unfortunately that was the cleanest room based upon the maid that cleaned the room. I will NEVER stay at this location EVER again and I have requested a full refund.

Didnt care for employee's attitudes, although one younger girl was very sweet. Facility was filthy. Carpets stained & nasty, musty smell, disgusting refrigerator, windows unsecured - unable to secure. Ugh

Looking for my refund for itinerary 72755173459218. Hotel was beyond unacceptable upon arrival and they CLAIMED we were to provided full refund and we left. I would not leave a stray dog in those rooms. Dirty floors, walls, broken furniture, plastic sack on broken unlevel mattress, and bugs everwhere including in-between the dirty sheets.

Staff was not available late night key did not work had to sleep in my car until someone finally came and reset my room key

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. Room wasn't anything like the photos posted. Remote didn't work to the television. I don't recommend this place at all.

Easy parking

The room was very run down. I tried to cancel my second night minutes after checking in but they refused. I did not stay the second night and found a better hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice

We did not like anything. Hair on the bath towel when we went to use it. Sugar ants all over the bathroom counter. The plastic light fixture over the florescent blubs fell off...almost on my head. One of the light switches was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. No one was at check in for 10 minutes. The whole place was dirty..fingerprints all over inside the evevator and trash. Hallway rugs had stains. We felt like we had to disinfect our whole body when we returned home.

The lobby was very dirty . Something unusual happened to me the front desk guy took a picture of my Driver License front and back first hotel they do this. This place look like a Shelter . I will never back to this place again.

Hotel smelled throughout and things were sticky; breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars, and they were out of coffee. Room fridge was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, bathroom faucet dripped all night, people loitering outside at night and in the morning appeared to be on something; pills spilled outside front door on the ground were on the afternoon of check-in were still there the next morning. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean; although room smelled, it appeared clean as well.

There was a front desk clerk(Janeen) that went above and beyond, I reserved through a third party and she manage to make the reservation go through. She definitely fulfilled her position, she's the epitome of customers service...a lot of people these days think they have to work for a customer service call center to give such care...thank you always Janeen!

Jeanine was by far a pleasant experience to have during my stay!!! Her patience, her willingness, her enthusiasm, her multi-tasking skills definitely gave the customer service this world is lacking now!!! Great job sweetie great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is terrible! For $388 a night, it’s a total rip off. The hotel is old and dirty. The room smelled like body odor and was very musty. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all and am actually planning to contact the hotel company.

It has been the worst experience in our life. We were staying there december 26 until december 30...7 people and my nephew...she is 15 years old. First at all the hotel smelled terrible...the elevator , the lobby and hallway smelled like garbage and marihuana. The carpet in our room was very dirty, had a lot of spots and chewing gum. We also saw coackroaches!!!! It was very traumatizing because you can see people drugged, drunk and passed out on the lobby and the hallway. The last night a couple across the hallway was fighting. A man was hitting a woman in the hallway and we even found broken glasses the next morning on the carpet's hallway from the fight probably. We saw through the eyehole the woman on the floor screaming OMG! OMG! after he hit her. The phones from the rooms are disconnected so you can't call them to the reception, but we called reception from our cellphones to report the incident and didn't bother calling 911. We also saw the police come to the hotel the day before. But we didn't know why. Don't go there. You and your's family life could be in danger in that place.

The first thing we smelled was pot in the elevator and it was filthy. Then our hallway smelled like pee. When we got into our room it was so nasty. The furniture was old and dilapidated. The refrigerator was all rusty and the counters were falling apart. There were no plugs next to our beds and the only plugs we had were in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathtub was nasty, too. I looked around and saw cockroaches and that did it for me! We ran out of there as fast as we could. I can't sleep where bugs live.
