Everything… clean, great location, onsite food, wonderful staff.

The location

The room was not very clean. The pillows were wrinkled. The bathroom floor and toilet look like there were not clean in awhile. The system was done, which is understandable. However, the front desk staff seemed very dismissive and abrupt. She did not explain why she needed to write my card information on a notebook or offered any reassurance that my card information with be properly store. She told me I would get a room key when the system connection was restored, however, I never got a room key. When I called the front desk to get a status, she still had the same dismissive attitude. I explained the situation to the staff on morning duty, and they were more professional. When I went to purchase a coffee, I was told that though the connection was restored, they were not accepting card payments. Overall, my stay was not a good experience.

1).COULD USE MY FIRESTICK, 2). NETFLIX WASN'T WORKING DO TO INTERNET ISSUES 3) 1 WASHER AND DRYER IN THE ENTIRE BUILD WITH 114 ROOM, ALSO I HAD TO USE QUARTERS INSTEAD OF USING MY CARD, I HAVE TO WAIT FROM 11PM AND WALK COME DOWNSTAIRS EVERY OTHER HOUR TRYING TO GET THE MACHINE WHEN IT WAS FREE. I HAD TO GO TO THE GAS STATION TO GET QUARTERS IN ORDER TO CLEAN MY CLOTHES. IM DRIVING TRUCKS OVER THE ROAD FOR 3 WEEKS AT A TIME I DONT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOTEL TO GET CHANGE. 4) THE DINER SHOULD BE OPEN 6AM TO 11PM WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO USE UBEREATS MID DAY TO FEED OUR FAMILY. 5). I DON'T BELIEVE THESE ROOMS ARE WORTH $110-$154 A NIGHT, THIS ISN'T A HILTON.

Very clean , the front desk lady was so nice to me And my husband she was very helpful . I had an amazing stay I will come again . Loved the room that we stayed in didn’t have any problems

I liked the location, the quietness, and the staff

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. What you received and what you paid, did not add up. The hotel didn’t even offer complimentary coffee. #2- the bed was extremely hard and the room was laid out very awkwardly

it was nice visually

our air conditioning was leaking so we’d step in wet everyday if we were standing by the window or throwing something in the trash.

Very clean, comfortable, easy check in, good location.

The friendly staff were the very best thing about the property. The facilities were clean and newer. there is a restaurant and pool area on site.

We had no hand soap in our room, no waste bin in the bathroom (this is important for ladies at certain times) the pillows were too small and soft for us and no extra pillows were available when we called the front desk. The breakfast was also very expensive.

Rooms were very clean and loved the Bistro on sight. Quiet location as well.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. I am certain they have restrictors on the shower. However, the water was coming out way too slow.
