The extra lock on my door was broke off. Very noisy starting as soon as 630am

We stayed in this hotel one night. We asked for a first floor room because my husband uses a cane. They did not have any rooms on the first floor and the stirs going up to the second floor are many. It was a good thing that we each had only one bag. They are remodeling and there were places that seemed cluttered and unorganized.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel manager Sam was very helpful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new renovations are exceptional. Everything is new, updated, clean, along with tech updates as well. I highly recommend the hotel.

Recently remodeled, so the bed was super comfy, our room was spacious, the a/c was cold which was nice during the summer and they had good tea for breakfast. However, the toilet wobbled when you sat down and the tub didn't drain properly so you were standing in ankle deep water by the end of first person's shower. I did not personally see them, but husband said he saw a roach in the bathroom and then one in the room skitter away. Remnants of the renovation? Summer staples? Not sure, but we did alert the front desk of all the cons as we checked out (we were only here one night), so all of those things could possibly be rectified shortly. My husband probably wouldn't give them a second chance, but I probably would due to the bed and a/c. Oh yeah, the other disappointment for partner was that the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold. Gravy was in a mini crockpot and filled to the brim which may have only been turned on when breakfast opened so the top portion had not yet reached temp over an hour into breakfast.

Property is updated, so it is now clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. However, my Expedia booked price was not honored. I was charged nearly $200 more than the price I booked through Expedia. I am not happy about that.

Owner checked us in. He was kind and efficient. Towels seemed brand new, room was clean. Lobby recently updated. Didn't eat breakfast but was available. Old reviews were scared me, but new owner has done an excellent job. Next time I would bring my own blanket as the one on the bed was minimal, not warm enough for me. Otherwise perfect

in the middle of remodeling the rooms and was provided a room that was recently remodeled. Bed very uncomfortable. Very low lighting in the bathroom since it was only light around the mirror frame. the breakfast was awful

The entire building is being renovated. The cabinet in our room for the microwave, coffee maker was obviously cut out from another area and put into the room. Bathroom had grab bars moved on walls and old holes where still there. Absolutely no bars in tub/shower nor any traction strips on floor of tub, so it was extremely slippery. Hallway carpet was paint covered due to renovations. Wyndham would have been better off closing this location for several weeks and doing all of the renovations rather than allowing occupancy in the current condition. Also breakfast was advertised as grab and go, there was no breakfast offered at all.

What a dump. The description on Travelocity is no where near what I experienced. It was bad several years and when I saw the descriptions, I thought “wow,” it looked like it had improved significantly. But I was wrong. The place is undergoing a serious renovation which it provides should have closed during the process. I have photos of the room and it’s good. The place was billed as having a breakfast to which there was NONE. When I tried to check out, another guest and I waited and waited and I even called and got no answer. Since it was just before 8am, I would have to assume that whoever was in charge had left the building. The other guest and I left our key cards behind the counter. I would strongly recommend that the place be closed and when the renovation is completed, then reopen.

I normally have good experiences at Super 8, but this place was not. I booked specifically because I enjoy the breakfast at Super 8. It was advertised when I booked as having the free breakfast available, but when I arrived I found they were renovating and nothing was available. I booked a Queen but was told they did not have Queen rooms. In the room, the bed frame was sticking out dangerously and could easily have caused a gash in a leg had we not noticed it. When I talked to the manager about my concerns, I was met with a terrible, smug, unconcerned attitude. He had no regard for my concerns. When we were leaving Sunday morning, the parking lot was a mess. It had snowed overnight and by 11:00, there had been no snow plowing, shoveling or salting of the parking lot.

Under renovation! The place was a mess! The owner is a nice person and trying to improve the property.

Under renovation???? Right! Dirty. Carpet old and worn. Chair in room old and had holes. Half of the lamps(old and dirty) did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Holes in window screens. Door was loose and barely locked. Absolutely nothing accurate about the pictures.

Under renovation shouldn’t mean in shambles. Given one towel. No way to plug the sink (can see straight down the pipes). No outlets around the single bedside table. Can’t open the bathroom door all the way. No breakfast even though it’s listed as an amenity.

There were zero amenities, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, no coffee in the lobby. No breakfast.

There was no breakfast. Everything is pretty beat up and all over do to “renovations”. Wasn’t terrible but definitely not good

The room was very gross the bed sheets definitely weren't changed the fridge had black crumbs. Stains everywhere. I slept there for 1 reason work and i was tired never again ill go down the road and pay 10 dollars more

It was under renovation and this was not indicated on booking site. No continental breakfast or even any vending machines available.

Very dated. The chair in our room was gross. I put a towel on it so I could use it. Also, my son found a hair in his towel.

Rooms were cheap. Apparently the place was under new management and they were undergoing construction. The place Had ordered all new furniture but it wasn't going to be there for another 6 months so they still had the previous owner stuff but some of the rooms had undergone some renovations. There was still food on the walls. Tons of markings on the walls. The shower curtain rod were barely hanging in the walls in the bathroom. Place needs a facelift for sure. The worst part was that we left our purse in the hotel room. Didn't realize it till we were all the way home. 400 miles later and I called but they wouldn't send it to us even if I paid for shipping. That's something they don't do is what the nice man on the phone said to me.

Currently undergoing renovations according to check in staff so no breakfast. We had booked this because of the breakfast and mentioned this to him. He was kind enough to offer a discount because of the lack of breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were firmer than usual but we still slept well. Well placed for restaurants and the interstate.

I only stayed in one of the rooms I booked but got charged for both because one of the rooms wasn't ready
