The room had a smell and dirty as it has a lot of roaches. It drop from the Back of the TV. From the bathroom floor and behind the door. Has molds.

This was a perfect spot on our way home. Convenient location and a pullout couch in each room so that the teens could have their own beds.

The people were nice but the property is roach infested.

Easy check in, room was clean and comfortable, convenient.

We stayed for 3 nights. Acceptably clean and quiet. Washer and dryer came in handy. The pool was nice and generally no one else was in it.

At 10:30 pm when I checked in exhausted, The room appeared clean but there was a cockroach in the bathtub, another crawling by the closet and another in the bathtub after I killed the first. I plugged the drains with towels hoping to stop them. I told the staff on duty in the morning, he said-“ oh I’m sorry- I’ll tell the manager. Thank you.” I would not stay here again.

Not the best place I’ve ever stayed, but also not the worst.

The young man working at the desk was super nice, however when we discovered bed bugs in 2 of our rooms, the manager told the desk employee that we could not get a refund for the room. I am reaching out to the Massachusetts Health Department this morning. Please do not stay here!!!

All was good the best part was the private balconies outback overlooking either a river or lake. Very unexpected.

One big fiesta in the back. Not a very welcoming crowd for your wife or girlfriend to walk through.

Room was very clean and location was ok. Woman came in off the street though and was offered a rare $15 lower than me. I thought hotels.com was suppose to save me money. Anoyher customer calling and was given rate of $195. Sounds like they made up things as they go along. Building itself needs work. Several inches of water in parts of the parking lot after major storm that just came through.

Bare minimum hotel. Has permanent residents and government subsidized residents. It does the job for an overnight. Room had be redone recently and beds were clean and firm.

This is a tough review because we understand that you get what you pay for. So part 1 of my review is accuracy. On the listing for the property it says there is breakfast included, but they only had coffee. They list a pool. Pool looks to have been closed for some time with a foot of scummy water in it. (This was Memorial Day weekend) They upgraded us to a jacuzzi King sized room. Jacuzzi was huge and not working. As in no water came out of it. The room was dated but clean and basic. And out our door was a lovely pond that we brought beach chairs and read our books on the “balcony”. Part 2 is that the property was required to house immigrant families. Which is a complicated situation in so many ways. its not something the property has control of. And there were long term construction workers living there. But it did turn a hotel experience into an apartment complex experience. Bikes stashed along the walkways. Guys hanging around drinking beers. In the morning trash, pizza boxes stacked up, empty beer bottles. The staff was amazing at cleaning all this up. And we met some of the people staying there and everyone was friendly. But this setup was not explained in the property description and took us by surprise.

They warned us at the check in about noise level but there was no other place in town to stay. Room was dirty and just disappointed. Have stayed there in the past and did not have issues.😢

It was fine for a 1 night stay. There were long term families and construction workers using most of the rooms.

Lots of noise... little kids crying and yelling. Adult voices. Kids in parking lot, not seemingly understanding that cars are dangerous... the room was not cleaned as expected, cobwebs, stuff on bathroom wall. Bed was excellent.

Unbelievably bad stay, we will never stay at a Super 8 again. It was filled with loud immigrants living there. We were unable to sleep due to the constant noice and the front desk manager was no help, he actually yelled at us when we called for a second time to complain. Very very bad experience!

Difficult driving access

The room was somewhat run down with old furnishings and torn wallpaper. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom had mildew. The shower door didn't stay closed. No hooks in the bathroom to hang up your things. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was great and it was clean. The pool was not blue like the photo. The water was yellow green. The bed mattress was nice and firm and the bedding was very clean. Overall, not horrible, but not what one would expect for over $1000 for a 3-day stay.

Everything was great!! The clerk was very personable and the room and bathroom was clean. The only small thing I would mention is the cobwebs in the extremely high corners of the ceiling. That's it other than that everything was great!!?

Good facilities

That this place was going to be good given the rating in comparison to other places in the area. But when we got to the room there were stains on the carpeting and on the chair. The room smelled and we couldn’t sleep do to the condition. We had planned to stay to nights and paid $385 since there was a 2 night minimum. They said breakfast was included but it wasn’t really. My wife and I left after the first night disgusted. For almost $200 a night I would expect more.

Wasn’t so bad except for the spiders crawling on me in the bed and shower

Good location for travel on Rt 20. Need better entrance marking when coming east on Rt 20. When it’s dark it’s hard to see. Room was good, comfortable bed. Pool area needs some cleaning up. Lots of cigarette butts on the property. All and all a good one night stay.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. All the staff I had contact with were very helpful. I requested a downstairs room and got one even though my reservation was the night before we arrived. I have stayed here often and always very comfortable.
