There was really nothing that jumped out as a good positive. Even the breakfast was slightly disappointing.

The room we stayed in smelled from the second we opened the door. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart & bathroom door wouldn't even shut. All most likely attributed to a lack of venting in the bathroom.

Location.

Room smelled sour, stale, ceiling had water damage. Shower didn’t work; sink and toilet backed up. We told staff and they said they were sold out and could not switch our rooms. Gave us “smoke spray” to help w odor. Hotel needs a lot of work.

Super comfortable bed with soft sheets!!

I was not sure what to expect. The online ratings were a little intimidating. We were very happy with what we got. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good.

I think my only complaint and this is any hotel I have ever stayed at is that you have a reservation for 4 people and you only put 2 washcloths, hand towels and bath towels. Why? The only other thing that could have been better were the pillows. 2 queen beds in the room again 4 people 3 pillows per bed. That being said when we asked for towels and washcloths they got us more. We did not ask for additional pillows but I am sure if we did they would have gave them to us.

Breakfast was included however it wasn't very good. Oatmeal and eggs were not hot. Food didn't get replenished so it was almost gone when we arrived to breakfast. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping didn't even clean the room during our stay. Ice machine on our floor was broken and fitness room was shut down

carpet in hallway not clean; although free breakfast was included, the attendant was not there at the front desk nor any breakfast food was prepared; had to call a number at front desk to get staff to come down. we were told breakfast could be ready in about 20 minutes; but we could not wait because we had a long days travel and wanted to get going early in the day.

Shower was great. Good pressure and heat. Had real window curtains to block outside light. Had a king bed to suite our needs.

Mattress was stained and sheets had several hairs and stains. Dust was on the shelf in the bathroom where the tissues and towels sit. The TV connection was poor so all the channels blipped in and out and would loose signal.

Waited at the front desk for several minutes to check in and no staff was there, only a sign to wait. I had previously reserved a room with two beds and at check in was told there were no more rooms and I had to take a king bed room when I needed two beds. Sofa sleeper was too uncomfortable and no extra blankets available. Bathroom paint was chipping in shower and drain was loose, other people’s hair stuck in towels, the only elevator was out of service and we had a lot of luggage and were on the 3rd floor, room key didn’t work at check in and we had to return downstairs with all of our luggage and were given a manual key

There was no hair dryer in the room.? We were provided with one when we asked though.

we found the property had an odor, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke covered up with deodorizer. i accidentally forgot a few toiletries and there was no toothbrush.

Convenient

Not particularly clean Water pressure impossible. Could not wash hair because no water pressure. Water was either too got or freezing. Nobhand towels.
