The bed and AC was great. The shower wasn’t clean at all and the toilet wasn’t anchored to the floor.

Dirty bathroom with water on the floor as we checked in.
Bugs squashed on the wall.
Smudges and dirty marks all over the walls and curtains.
Room smelt musty and aircon was smelly.

The hair dryer didn't work. The shower head was lose and they used duck tape in stead of caulking.

It's an older property and showing its age. The bath tub had long black hair in it. My hair is white, my husband is bald. There was no stopper in the sink. The room was a nice size, but i didn't feel comfortable with the carpet or the duvet cover. I deliberately booked a budget motel. Imagine my surprise at check-in to see a notice and be "temporarily" charged an additional $50 for a security deposit.
The motel has a vacant strip center across the street from it, nothing else was within walking distance. The front desk clerk did not appear to be happy to be there.
The lady taking care of the complimentary breakfast took obvious pride in her job, working hard to make it filling and pleasing for guests.
It's time to take the property off the Hotels.com website

The hotel staff were mainly a bit grumpy and we had to switch rooms as there was a horrendous wet smell in one of the first rooms we had. Breakfast was great.

The room was filled with tobacco sent. No cable tv. Grungy bath tub. Crumbling metal lined steps to room. Place deteriorating.

Beautifully maintained inside and out. Pool area was very clean and inviting. Big breakfast variety. Very friendly staff.

The property is old and needs to be remodeled and upgraded. Room wasn't clean. Somebody's hair all over the bathroom floor.

The 4 people in the next room were smoking weed and it was so strong it woke us up out of a dead sleep. I’m a very tolerable person but that is ridiculous.

Great for the price. Kacee was very sweet and helpful at check in! Breakfast was good with hot food. Salt water pool was small but nice. Doors were locked at 8 am when checking out. General Manager had been called in and was very abrupt and rude.

Hotel was ok. When I arrived at 2:30pm the doors were locked. The room was sort of clean. The bathroom door had hair spray and hair on it. NO HOT WATER, tried at night and morning, it's barely warm doesn't even steam the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hidden Gem. This is always a good choice and have stayed multiple times. Good AC and beds comfort and clean. Staff nice and nice outside pool (clean) and sitting area (can’t believe out of 9 motels this summer vacation, only two pools were useable!) laundry was broken. Cracker Barrel next door which is a plus. Quiet. Very good place for the money.

All I can say is that the beds were comfortable. We had a leaking bathtub faucet. Running toilet that wouldn’t flush. And the A/C sounded like it was about to explode. But we were too tired of driving and it was too late to change rooms. Won’t stay here again

Had to ask twice to clean shower. Shower nozzle didn’t work well. Microwave wouldn’t turn. Room smelled. A no smoking room with cigarette burn on bedspread. Staff not hospitable. Didn’t apologize for shortfall in two circumstances. Room had coffee but no coffee maker. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Front door poorly hung, no sweep with large gap under door. A man appearing to be homeless parked in car all day outside out door.

Overall my stay was comfortable. But I had an family emergency and had to check out a day earlier than my original reservation date. I had advise the front desk clerk of my situation and she stated that my remaining balance will be refunded back to my card. Well! I have been having a horrible time with getting my refund and speaking with somone. This is the worst experience that I ever had.

The check in night clerk was very rude and made it clear she didn't want to offer any assistance. "Gabrielle" actually dropped the shade cover the night window while we were still asking questions about our room's location. Unbelievable.

The air condition worked good! The customer service was HORRIBLE. They just don’t care! The lady in the back was sleep and walked up with her shoes off! You basically get what you paid for but we were traveling and it was super late!

First room had a clogged toilet and broken in half toilet tank lid. Second room had twisted up facial or toilet tissues between bed and nightstand and on the rim of the bathtub. The light in the shower room gave out shortly after I arrived in the room.
The staircases have rusted bullnoses on the treads of all 3 staircases I used, the concrete underneath has started to crumble. Breakfast area had run out of some of the foods an hour before closing. Not impressed at all.

Terrible hotel , the front desk lady SUMMER was a headache she was the worst , there was no pool towels, we asked for 1 extra blanket and some towels for the pool she was sooooo rude and didn’t meet any accommodations beds were suppose to be queen sized beds they were full sized , breakfast was horrible , they told us they ran out of meat, their truck haven’t ran ….. the waffles and eggs taste like rubber ….. Ms.Deborah was very nice , she tried her best to help us , we drove 4 hrs and made online reservations which I regret , the room was a mess , blankets stained , tub shower head didn’t work properly, microwave was raggedy , just a waste of money , Dnt be fooled by those photos, the pool was refreshing, nothing in the gym worked correctly , Ice machines were out of order and so was the laundry room ….. NEVER AGAIN

The rooms were quiet and the handicap room had a large bathroom, but it had a tub, not a walk-in shower. Also the room was really cramped. Anyone using a wheelchair would have trouble navigating the room. My mom barely managed with her rollater

AC not on in one of the rooms when arrived. Other room had broken key card access door was open on arrival. Broken ice machine out of coffee at breakfast.

This motel is very dirty and damaged. Pillows and comforter were stained. There was hair in the sink. The tub was poorly painted and cracked. The leather of the desk chair was completely coming apart. The room had obviously previously been a smoking room because there was tar caked on everything. The AC was not on when we got into the room, so it took forever for the room to cool down enough to be comfortable to sleep. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
