A 1 night stay to visit the castle. Comfortable , modern hotel with coffee making facility and bottled water. Friendly staff and good wifi. Good location in town centre. Nice restaurant for dinner though I did nt try the breakfast. Not cheap but possibly still the best value option in Limerick. Happy with choice.

I have stayed here many times and it always has a nice atmosphere, tasty food, great location with parking close by and the rooms are very comfortable. This time I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with a balcony and it was superb. I look forward to coming back to visit again.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff and room was good. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning and so on the 5th floor it was hot in the room. We had to keep the window open, and being on a very busy street it was very loud all night and even with the window open it was never below 78 degrees all night.

The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, pubs, historical attractions and the river.

Hotel building, bar area, breakfast, location were all good. Unfortunately, it was let down by the quality of our room. We found it to be rather shabby, worn. Also, the room was very cold and the noise from an external aircon unit disrupted our sleep.

I love this hotel, not my first time staying but always an enjoyable experience. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, beds are super comfortable and clean .

Upgraded to a large room with huge bed. Really friendly staff and a dedicated gluten free breakfast bar.

We had a lovely stay. The beds are super comfy which made for really good sleep for us. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to town but you aren't in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Dirty socks left on floor in hotel room. No good service later in evening which is inconvient for those arriving later in evening.

Great Location however he lift CC was out of service and only double beds.

Their lift was out of order so all our luggage had to be managed on the escalator or stairs but everything else was great.

Room was on the 7th floor. It was quiet and confortable.

Excellent helpful personnel. Right in the centre of town, easy to find, nearby parking (cheap rates), good breakfast, dinner options, good bar, very comfortable room, at a good price.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Beds are average, service is very slow and not very helpful. The TV didn't work, the hot water was intermittent and the shower leaked. The price was also very high.

The hotel stay was great. The parking was terrible and we were not informed about having to park two blocks away from the hotel. The Sunday we left, the garage entrance was locked and we had to walk up the car Ramos to the third floor to get the car.

Check in was great however, dropping off luggage and finding your way to the parking garage was a bit confusing and maps are mislabeled. Bought a room with a city view and were given a roof and wall view. Not appealing. Bar and dinner area was nice and food was mediocre. Staff was attentive and good. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and amenities were in working order. ( hairdryer, refrigerator, safe). Breakfast was disappointing and we should have eaten elsewhere. Food was bland and not a good or varied selection. For the price, would not stay there again.

I ordered lasagna Presentation was appalling Dish was all splatter & burnt around the edges / nothing like the photo on the website Lasagne tasted greasy and not very appetising. Would definitely not have dinner there again Staff errr friendly and efficient

Our stay at the hotel was fine aside from an encounter with a highly rude staff member at the breakfast service. Only available from 7 am (which is inconvenient for business travel) we asked if it might be possible to take a coffee to go as soon as the service began. The staff member stated "for what" and then turned and walked away from us. This was highly disappointing as we has pre-paid for this service and were unable to use it in advance of an extremely long travel day.

Check-in could have been better. OJ at breakfast was sour, was told that's an added flavor. Sorry, no.

The location was great, reception and bar area were lovely so expected same level of decor for room but it definitely didnt live up to expectations, room was small, old looking, overcrowded with furniture, tv on desk hiding mirror and you would have to sit on the side of the bed less than a metre away from screen to watch, bathroom was decent size. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, staff were friendly. If you are thinking of staying for more than 1 night maybe go for the bigger rooms.
