Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of good restaurants and bars in nearby Petit France. Good car park with limited spaces. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and wecoming.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!The hotel is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, I did not feel safe coming in and out specially after dark. It’s hard to access by car because the tram runs in both directions in front of the hotel, which makes it noisy too.The AC does not work properly and the hot water is not constant while you are showering.Staff at the front desk is very rude and not willing to accommodate, specially Sofie (who said she was a manager just to deny when I needed management to resolve an issue, lying and being sarcastic).Customer service is non existent, it’s like they’re doing you a favor assisting you.If you are like me and like to feel like a valued customer, forget it here.The parking they claim to offer is very very tight and cars get damaged (saw someone smash a door open in the car next to it) there is not enough spots and the spaces are tiny with no room to maneuver, I decided to use a public parking garage during my stay, which was not close and I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from there. Breakfast is below average and totally overpriced. I stayed in Ibis hotels before and it was nothing like this one, this one gives the chain a bad name. I would never stay here again and I advise you to spend your money and vacation time in a place that is worth it. I travel constantly and I do read reviews so I hope this one can help someone not to make the same mistake. Safe travels everyone!

I was in Strasbourg attending a conference and the Ibis offered the perfect location to the old city. It was a clean hotel and the breakfast was great and filling.

Room was very clean, great for single travellers, very worth the price. The area was very quiet at night even if your room is on the first floor. They also offer luggage storage after checkout which is very nice of them! Overall a great experience and loved Strasbourg!

Great location only 400m from main train station. The is a tram station outside, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and quiet!

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes to Petite France. Very helpful staff, very clean and the breakfast was fine, fresh leaf tea, pastries and hot options. Rooms are compact but fine for a short stay. Very clean throughout.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a great variety of foods for breakfast. I would stay there again.

After being a little disappointed on arrival, I started to find the hotel friendlier. It is simple, has few amenities but it works! Place is clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good too. Breakfast was great. So in the end, I enjoyed my stay there. Location is close to all the places to visit in old town, though the block where it is, is a little dingy. That's what put me off on arrival. But it is not unsafe. I didn't bring a car but there was a garage in the back which seemed very easy to use. All in all, good price for a good stay!

Place is near city center, staffs were extremely helpfull. Cleanness is not so good but so as France:))

Best location for walking strausburg and 10 minutes to the train station

Very noisy from the tram so got minimum sleep, room was very small, shower was horrible and flooded entire bathroom when in use. Aircon kept turning off so the room was very hot.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fairly average room but clean and pleasant and a good location. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us locate tyre services open on a Sunday when we had a puncture. I didn't realise that 'self-parking' means no parking so I would recommend looking up where to park beforehand as it took us quite some time to find 24 hour parking and our sat nav didn't recognise all the no entry/one way streets

Hotel is very modern and sleek design. The breakfast was good and the staff are multilingual and nice. I enjoyed my stay here. Also, the parking is great, it’s right on the property and you can get to your car easily.

My daughter and myself stayed here to visit the Christmas markets and catch up with my son on his Erasmus year in Strasbourg. Great location. Very close to the railway station. Just over the bridge and we were on the Grand Ile where the markets and tourist attractions are to be found as well as the many shops and great restaurants. Great hotel. Would return here again for location and all round nice hotel.

The hotel could be much better if they would clean it properly. It was a bit disappointing. The room was a bit small, but that is fine.

Room was comfortable but on the small side. The bathroom was also small & the toilet was directly behind the door.

Basic Ibis hotel room (price is justified by the hotel location, it by the comfort or equipment quality). Unfortunately some guests were really loud and annoying...

Location: nearest tram station Faubourg National. About 10min walking distance from the main train station (Gare de Strasbourg). Short walking distance to the Old Town.Local amenities: good boulangerie few doors down for a morning croissant and hot coffee. also has nearby halal grocery store. walking distance to Petite France and Homme de Fer with all its shops.Room amenities: very basic simple room. a bit small but this is ibis budget. room was otherwise clean with daily room service to clean the room. No hot kettle/complimentary tea or coffee provided. If you want hot water, you have to go downstairs to the breakfast area to help yourself to the cups and the hot water. No safe provided so we locked up our valuables in our luggages. No refrigerator to keep your water cold or to keep your wine/cheese. The towels had stains on it but the sheets were clean. Wifi signal worked well. Hairdryer and combination shower gel provided. The walls are really quite thin so if youre a light sleeper, do bring along some earplugs as you can easily hear other guests walking around in their room or taking their shower. Service: No room service where they bring stuff to your room actually provided as this is budget but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free local map provided and we were given a free tram ticket (allows up to 2-3 travellers) that was given to the hotel staff by a previous guest. They also helped us in securing a restaurant booking.

Hotel is old and rooms are so small. Location is good close to main train station. Room not cleaned as I expect it.
