This was one of the best stays that I have ever had. The room was big and beautiful. It was stocked daily with water, beer and coke. You could sleep with the windows and patio door open, allowing the air off of the lake to permeate the room. Was so awesome!

Perfect hotel in a perfect location

A rare luxury hotel that has actually survived the Covid pandemic with all its comforts and guest services intact. Really enjoyed the range available at Breakfast, room service food was genuine restaurant quality. Incredible value for money when you consider where it borders and the staff were all friendly and professional. One of my favourite hotels and I stay in 50 plus each year.

This was our second time and we love the hotel and location.

My wife said it was one of the most romantic hotels we have ever had and we have traveled all over the world.

There was no concierge and the desk clerks could not help with typical touristy questions. Maren was the only one who tried to help. Easy walk to train station.

An amazing hotel at a awesome location.

The views of the lake from the restaurant terrace are beautiful. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The proximity to walking streets and shopping is perfect. Bravo.

Bathroom is too small. Floor 4 requires 2 sets of stairs from floor 3...no elevator. Floor 4 felt inferior to other floors. Room initially had bad smell of poop and it was remedied with open window and deodorant and offer to switch rooms...but it was too much trouble at that point. Drinks and water in minibar were included which was nice.

The property is in a great location for experiencing the Boden Sea. Breakfast was excellent but my wife had a split opinions on dinner at their high end Resturant.

Amazing hotel right on the water in Konstanz. The staff were super helpful, the rooms were very comfortable. I didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend anyone coming to Konstanz to choose this hotel.

Hotel is not taken very good care of. Room not the cleanest we have seen and loud all night. Staff was not friendly at all or helpful.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic surroundings, large rooms and extremely good service everywhere

The location is great, and the rooms are beautiful.

This is a wonderful hotel in a unique position on Lake Constance. For the most part it lives up to expectations as the experience reflects the considerable price premium it commands. Service in the lakeside terrace includes breakfast, lunch and dinner when weather permits. The loft style rooms were very comfortable and seemed to be newly renovated. There were only two areas of disappointment for us. 1. The restaurant is not worth the money. The dishes are highly priced and very average. The Massman curry was awful and resembled nothing I have ever seen in a Thai restaurant. I couldn’t even finish it. 2. to access the rooms on the 4th floor you required to climb a flight of stairs. For some reason they chose to put my 77 year old mother in law in a room on that floor which she found very difficult. In all fairness to the hotel, we didn’t mention anything but they should check that you don’t have mobility issues before they allocate you these rooms.

Decent hotel with great breakfast, its worth paying the extra for the lake view and having breakfast after 9am to eat on the external terrace.

The property is very beautiful. Surrounded by Lake Constance. Right accross from the old Town. Very convenient.

Luxurious rooms and great service. Breakfast was top notch. The hotel is very convenient to the center of town - we were able to take advantage of the Christmas market which was only a 5 minute walk away. Would have liked a head's up about the construction - the route that our GPS wanted us to take had us taking a bridge that was closed.

Went for the Christmas Markets and this hotel was right next to it. Also close to Old town Konstanz. Walking around town was easy and close to the hotel. Great location

My stay was great. My only suggestion is that the restock the mini bar daily. I was there a week and it was never restocked.
