check in was not great. She charged my credit card withouth asking how I am going to pay, and ended up creating an inconvenience for me. The room was very old, with bathroom roof paint peeling off. The furniture had dust. The heater was blasted off high and was so hot when we arrived. It was also difficult to control the thermostart because it is old. Please rennovate the hotel rooms to morden standards. The breakfast was normal.

The AC unit was leaking into the room and created a humid mess. It was not fixed even though we brought it up. The fit and finish was also very poor with peeling walls, paint smears everywhere and the carpets were nasty. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were friendly...

We were traveling for a wedding so really only were there to sleep. However there were a few bugs in the hallway outside our room as well as all over the window covering and in the bathroom. Beds were super comfortable!

Bathroom seek area wasnt clean...a long dark hair got on my toothbrush and in my mouth..pretty gross otherwise things were great

All you want in a hotel stay is a good sleep, bed was in poor condition, sunk to the middle because it was broken and felt every spring, I think the mattress was original to the building! The air conditioning unit was so loud and the water pressure was poor, just run down and even small basic necessities missed the mark, I would never stay there again

There wasn’t a hair dryer and the sink was dirty. There was an unpleasant smell. The bed was very uncomfortable and unbalanced.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Property was very clean, but in the process of renovation. It’s right off the highway so you need to drive into town for restaurants and entertainment, but there’s a gas station, Tim Hortons and Subway in the plaza block.

The staff were very nice and friendly but seemed over-worked and overwhelmed. Perhaps my expectations are too high BUT ideally we don’t have to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper.
The most irritating thing was that the air conditioner shut off overnight and the temperature rose to 26C. Not ideal conditions for a good night’s sleep.

I liked the service but was not satisfied with the cleanliness. The receptionist did a great service and helped resolve our issue in minutes.

I wish I could give zero stars, do not recommend staying here. The rooms aren't clean, showers dirty and looked like they had mold in them. Tiny area for breakfast , breakfast was not good. Tried to cancel second night and hotel denied, ended up leaving early.

Very comfortable. Small gym that is great. Easy fast food nearby. Supercharging station. Free waffles and eggs for breakfast! Loved it!

The room still had food on the carpet from ptevious customers. Cheerios were on the carpet between the frdge and desk. Wallpaper peeling off wall.TV and fridge.

Greeting from staff was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable.about surrounding areas. We were on our way home from family trip in Ottawa and stopped at the big apple and stayed the night .

The room was very dirty. I found cob webs on the ceiling. The thing that’s made my stay terrible was the used condoms I found on the floor this is not acceptable i think I should get a refund. I will never stay at a Comfort inn again and if nothing is done about this I may choose to use other booking sites

We have stayed here a few times. Customer service is pretty hit or miss. The renovations are not bothersome at all. However this last stay, we were not very impressed. Most of the staff are friendly , however there is one team member who just seems so put out to be there. Re training on customer service, tone of voice and body language would not hurt.
