Fast friendly check in, room clean and lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, staff very kind. I'll go back!

The refrig was not cooling when we got to our room. It was quickly replaced, with one that was working. Shower rod was loose and hanging down, Shower had good pressure, with very nice temperature.

Year aftwr year i go to this hotel. I have a family reunion and i can play in the pool without getting cold like i do in other pools. Also, we can sit in the breakfast area and eat as a family.

It was a good stay. Some stuff could I have been cleaned better. But it wasn’t bad and the food was good. I liked the waffles and the apple juice was good. Not a lot of options for breakfast

The Back door was not locked very well. I reported it twice, and the the last person stated.... It's people leaving it open with rocks.... Well that makes me feel real secure. Carpets were very dirty and had a film on them.

They are surrounded by properties that need some attention, but they can't help what others do. Beyond that, the room was clean, the AC worked well, the bed was comfy, and it was quiet. I can't ask for more than that.

The bed was absolutely terrible!!! Woke up through the night a million times because our backs hurt so bad from the mattress!! Horrible rating due to the horrible bed !!! Never again will we stay there

The stay was just alright. It took quite a while with check in and check out for an employee to come to the front desk and help us. The room was fine, and clean enough. There was a big scratch on the television, and it smelled like cigarettes throughout the building and sometimes in our room. This was a very last minute booking, so it served what we needed but it could have been better.

Room was not clean. Crumbs on the floor, and on carpet, mini fridge was dirty. Huge stain on the comforter which was visible because the comforter cover was not fastened correctly. Just a dirty room that looked like it had not been properly cleaned.

In town for a college visit and this location was fairly close. Right off the freeway so easy to get to and from the airport.

I always use this hotel and I like it. Always clean and nice staff. Pool and hot tub are always open which is great for the kids. This time I left an expensive item in my room and when I called to see if they had found it they told me no. It took 3 calls and I had to call corporate to report it missing for them to actually find it. When went back to get it they were rude and very short.

Nice pool and outdoor lounge area. Whole place needs better carpet, it was clean and wasn't worn or anything else just very outdated. Breakfast was good and had nice variety.
