Very quiet, very nice bathroom and kitchen. Couldn't turn off bathroom night light or front door light, bed was ok, needs a mattress pad. Sofa had a dark stain on it.

We had a girls trip August 2024 and had the best time. Property was clean and staff was very helpful. The location is beautiful. We would definitely visit again.

The family friendly room was fantastic and the free and reduced-priced activities were excellent! 3 outside pools at various places on the property. The "Cool Pool" had a nice cafe with pizza and drinks to purchase. The resort is a nice community with restaurants and churches and mini golf and a golf course.

We love coming to Fairfield Bay and the Wyndham Resort is our favorite place to stay. The condos are large, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Inside we feel like we are at home and out on the balcony we feel like we're one with nature. It's the best of both worlds.

Loved the balconies! Hated all the stairs, lol. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. It was our 2nd time and won’t be our last. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Super quiet & peaceful, loved being able to listen to the birds sing.

The property was more than I expected and very nice. It was clean, kitchen had every item I would need, temperature was perfect i side! Bed was very comfortable, balcony overlooked the forest with a beautiful sunset. It was very quiet & peaceful and Ill definitely bring my husband, sistet friends back!

Love the location and seclusion of this property. We were on the bottom floor and we always have problems with the folks above us making lots of noise. At least they did finally settle down about 11:30pm, so we could go to sleep. The unit is dated, but it was clean and the AC worked great. We will come back.

I have never been to a hotel resort where the front desk staff are so incredibly rude and so horribly trained in customer service. This trip was planned for months for a family reunion and we were all treated poorly at check in. When I needed assistance because I locked myself self out of my room it was another horribly rude experience. The maintenance man who let me back into the room was really super nice and professional! Next year we will definitely choose a different place to stay.

When Fairfield Bay says that they’re a resort town, they’re not kidding! I loved Hamilton Cove! Though they didn’t have soap for the dishes or wastebaskets in the kitchen or bedroom.
I loved the Roots products and the shampoo and conditioner worked well on my hair and scalp. Which is saying something because my scalp dandruffs easily and my hair is thick and tangles easily due to curling into itself.
I also loved bathing in the bathtub! The bathtub was rather jacuzzi-like but wasn’t an actual jacuzzi.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I was really touched and impressed. And thank you, maintenance guy for helping me carry my stuff in on Friday night!

Well, it was off season, but the place was very full. We really didn't even notice there were others in the condos around us. Fast, very friendly, check-in. We arrived after dark, making it tough to find our building, but got an assist from a friendly local. We had a great stay in accommodations that far exceeded our expectations in every way.

This was the absolute worse stay that Ive ever experienced. Ive never had to wait over 2 hours to check in. Instead of taking accountability the staff kept blaming Expedia for cancelling my booking but my booking was still very much booked in Expedia and deleted in their system. It was the worst situation and enough to make me never come back! The noise of the tenants on top of us was awful. This was by far the absolutely worst experience ever!

The facility was quiet and very comfortable. The setting is beautiful. The Wyndham team was exceptional! Ashley, who I believe is the Guest Services Manager, and Casey, who I think is Facilities Manager, went above & beyond to meet our needs and make our visit wonderful.

talk about a great stay, the condo was so good and comfortable. the scenry was out of this world. the bed was comfortable and the rest of the the condo was also comfortable. although at this time of the year most of the store and attr. were closed for the season but it still was worth staying.

Our stay was excellent! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We came here to ride the UTV trails, and the scenery was beautiful. It was early fall, and the air was crisp and pleasant. I highly recommend making a trip to Fairfield Bay! Our stay was perfect!
