I always research hotels and reviews before staying. This one was definitely a wonderful choice. We didnt check in until 10 pm..the woman that checked us in was very pleasant. The room was very clean and up to date. The breakfast had enough options. The worker handling the breakfast was also very kind and made sure everything stayed stocked. Alot of hotels have a musty odor in the halls. This one did not. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when we are in the area.

We had the pool to ourselves, which was nice. We could swim laps. The bathroom by the pool lacked soap and had a missing toilet paper holder. The room and tub were nice and clean. We appreciated the shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast offerings were a little slim but adequate. Our bed was a little firmer than we like so we didn’t get a full night sleep. Oh, our room keys needed to be reprogrammed every day, so it was a little inconvenient but we managed. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great except for when the fire alarm went off twice at 6 a.m. That kind of killed it for me. But everything else was excellent. Great food for breakfast. Nice, clean, and friendly. Next time I'm in Toledo, I will call you first.

It was ok...we only needed a quick overnight stay. Room wasn't very clean...stains and dirt. Appeared like someone had been on extended stay in the room and left quickly....cleaned just as quickly. Shower was not clean and water would drain.

It was a place to stay. Parking lot was trash though, didn't help that a car transporter was parked at the entrance making it impossible to avoid the potholes. Also the $250 incidentals charge was crazy when the room cost a third of that. Bed was reasonable and pillows were descent.

Kept hearing loud banging doors slamming all night I kept calling down to the front desk to complain about the loud noises in the on the me second floor I even recorded on my phone.

The curtains. There are two long, heavy draps on each side of each window. But you cannot close them because of the A/C & heater below. Leaving a thin, white curtain in the middle of the window. The people that park outside can see you completely through the window, especially at night.
Rather, utilize heavy curtains that cover the whole window, but that are shorter in length, not to cover the A/C below the window.
Also, the male clerk at the desk entrance lacks tact to deal with customer's problems.

Very Noisy - Cable was out for the entire Hotel, so we missed the olympics. had to call the front desk about kids running around, screaming and jumping in the room above us. Would not stay here again.

Staff is incredibly lazy at best, the room I stayed in was dirty (hand prints on windows, dirty bathroom surfaces, trash bags and soiled linens on the floor of the hallway). The nightstand lamps and lights in the sitting area did not work which made the room unusable after sundown, no batteries in the television remote, and the coffee maker was broken.

Very dated and in desperate need of some updates. I'm pretty sure the clerk gave us the worst room because we booked through Expedia and not them. Wouldn't reccomend. Very limited snacks, not like the pictures for sure. The pool was heated nicely. Breakfast was ok,very limited. Room was pretty bright trying to sleep, not black out curtains for sure. We were stuck on the first floor, not by choice, very loud well after midnight. Safe location- 4 out of 10. Not horrible, but women traveling alone- don't do it. Definitely not what I would expect from a Comfort hotel.

Front desk employee was very efficient and nice. Room was clean and had solid basic amenities: coffee pods, soap, loads of outlets, etc. Breakfast was so-so. My husband said his English muffin tasted sour and the eggs were not really edible. The oatmeal was thick and my apple meh. We got reprimanded for using the water jug to fill our water bottles--there were 3 guests eating breakfast otherwise we wouldn't have done that, didnt seem like a big deal to us but apparently its for guests to only fill glasses, not bottles. There is a water fountain down the hall past the front desk (we didnt see it until after breakfast). Pool looked nice however we did not get to swim during this stay.
