We’ll for started the women they had at the front desk there was such a language barrier so a lot was not understood and that caused no room for any help with anything for real, also there were roaches babies as well as big ones, the room was not cleaned properly. The food was okay but overall I would not go again.

Was supposed to have 2 queen beds and only had double beds. Had no towels or wash clothes. It took over an hour to get towels and wash clothes after going to the front desk and asking for them. Had roaches in the room when we woke up. For breakfast had cold French toast. Had a omelette made to order but the eggs were still raw in the middle. Will not stay again.

This was the best hotel stay my partner and I have had in years. Affordable for the expensive Chicago metro area without having to sacrifice quality of the rooms/service. The front desk staff were friendly, inviting, and helpful. If you wanted to get knew towels/toiletries, you just asked the front desk for service. None of the wasteful and loud cleaning that happens every day for sometimes unnecessary reasons in many hotels. The free breakfast was excellent, including a build your own omelet option. The kitchen staff were very friendly and patient.

We paid a lot of money for a smoke free room, the cigarrette smell in the room was strong. We put a complaint with the reception desk, this person said that there was nothing they can do and all other rooms were "booked" so they could not transfer us. It was too late for us to find another hotel, we had to stay.
I would advice people to stay away from this place. NOT recommended.
First time a put a complaint in more then 20 years traveling.

I liked the comfy bed and pillows. The made to order omelets for breakfast were delicious. The breakfast was good only complaint is there wasn't any variation with the foods. We stayed for nearly a week and didn't see any differences. But great location easy to get on freeway and get off! Reasonable prices always important factor also!

The hotel desk clerk was very rude after going back and forth with him for 30min was able to get in my room the room was not clean was changed to a different room and when we got up the next morning there was bugs all in the bathroom I will never stay at this hotel ever again worst experience ever

The hotel was nice, The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The window to my room on the first level was unlocked but I always check. My biggest problem was this hotel has ROACHES. I saw one dead in the bathroom and a live one running across the wall in the area where Breakfast is served. It was disturbing!

Overall it’s not a bad hotel, could be a little more cleaner, if your windows face rt 83 it gets pretty noisy, also seen one cockroach crawling on the floor

Room wasn’t ready upon check-in. Had to wait 30 minutes longer than we should have. Floors above us were extremely creaky/noisy, preventing us from sleeping.

My family and I were in town for the Metallica weekend. I had booked another hotel via hotels.com, but that hotel canceled my reservation an hour and a half before check in. Needing to find another room quickly, I found the Best Western via hotels.com app. No pool for the kiddos (which was my fault for not looking for that when booking) but overall a wonderful stay. Property was very clean, rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The city is a 45 minute train ride away and there are plenty of food options within 5 miles of the hotel. Easy to get to by car. They don’t have vending per se, but offer $1 drinks at the front desk. Free breakfast was great. Overall a hidden gem just outside the city of Chicago. I would definitely return.

The stay was a good experience for me and my family. The breakfast was nice. The staffs were fine and the property is good. I wanted my room to be cleaned everyday am out and I always have to tell the front desk everyday before it’s cleaned. Other than that everything went fine.

Very nice hotel! It was a smaller property which was nice. Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was pretty good!
The only downsides were the outlets to my nighstand were loose so i woke up to a dead phone if i didn't pay attention. Our lock on our bathroom door was broken, and our toilet seat was loose.
If you're looking for something convenient to the city this isn't it. Its about 45 minutes to an hour to downtown depending on the time of day youre traveling.
But overall, great stay. Id reccomend if youre in the area!

The hotel is dirty. Bring slippers. Daytime front desk guy was very nice. The rest of the front desk help were unfriendly and rude if you could find them. Housekeeping/breakfast staff were very friendly.

It's just a bit run-down for a nearly $200 a night hotel in the suburbs. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the cleanliness was just a bit in need of more detail (some residue in corners, room smelled like someone had smoked in it a while ago). The front desk staff was great and very helpful with an early check-in. I'll emphasize that there was no single glaring issue, but the property is clearly old and could use some maintenance, etc.

I had a king suite room 129. Has a jetted tub and a nice size bathroom. There is nothing to see out the window other than the trees that are about 5 feet away. There is some issue with the ceiling that is causing the paint to chip in approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Overall, it was a good night in a comfy and quiet room.

If you want to visit Chicago on a budget, this hotel is very affordable (way cheaper than those in the city) and you can catch a commuter train to go into downtown Chicago and not worry about traffic or parking. The commuter line goes between Union Station and Aurora. Stops are little over a mile away from hotel in Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills.
