They said my reservation was canceled and it wasn't so we had to pay full price.
I paid about twice the hotel.com reservation fee. There was no response to the hotel.com subsequent inquiries! It is a fraudulent response. The trip was ruined.

I checked in room 210 to walk into a naked lady that obviously was already renting that room. The I received room 205 but no changes to my reservation where made what led to no one cleaning the room through my stay until I finally found someone cleaning next door. When asking for towels at night due to the fact that the room wasn’t tended to they had 1 small towel and a bunch of wash clothes. First morning coffee ran out at 8:15 and was not refilled the juice machine next to it had the convenient out of order sign throughout the time (if you don’t plan to fix it remove it). On top of it all the naked lady (rightfully so called downstairs and complained her self. Finally since 205 was never really booked to us I had to get my room key renewed every day, I wonder if you guys forget to charge me for this stay.

They said my reservation was canceled and it wasn’t so we had to pay full price. The area was drug infested, one room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The TV wasn’t working, mold stains in the bathroom. Furniture was stained refrigerator was leaking. Breakfast was not what we thought, cold cereal, warm coffee, no fruit, no waffles or meat. The hotel was not up to our expectations. We will never book there again it’s very unsafe. Ppl walking around asking for money and you really don’t know who’s who because no one was in inform. I give give them a 2

We waited at the airport for 45 minutes to be picked up. Check in was fine. The room and hotel are very dated and run down. There were dirty shorts left in the closet, and the smoke alarm in the hallway kept chirping all night. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were thin and rough. Unfortunately the only food option next door was the Wafflehouse. The shuttle only goes to the airport every hour.

The free breakfast was horrible! The toilet had issues. The ceiling has spots where water leaked. The bottles of soap and shampoo should be connected to the wall instead of little bottles. The tub felt horrible on my feet.

They did not honor Expedia booking they said they won't rent for that discounted price so when I arrived they had cancelled my reservation
Put me in another room with double beds - for more money

Bathtub silicone is molding
When I brought up the condition on check out I was told - yeah we know we are working on it

I didn't like the fact that the room I was in was not safe and all the way to the end on the 3rd floor, the door was not safe and the TV had a small screen. I asked to move and was told no, I couldn't transfer.

Our flight was early so went to hotel...had trouble checking in. Agreed to early check in charge but desk couldn't figure out system.
Had to leave and drive around for another hour, then check in. Inconvenient after a long day.

The whole hotel smelled like smoke. It was loud all night. Check in was awful. They canceled my Expedia booking without notifying me and made me rebook at a higher cost. They refused to give us more towels when asked. Bed sheets weren’t clean. All in all, would not recommend.

There was no stay because the hotel cancelled the reservation without notification. I found out when I arrived that I had no reservation and they were fully booked up. Hotels.com was not notified either and the hotel blamed hotels.com for some wrong code. Even still, not notifying a patron is not acceptable.

Cannot make a review of the property other than they gave all reservations away leaving us stranded in the airport for hours without any reservations. They blamed it on Expedia for not contacting us but apparently FEMA got all the reservations on the place. They blamed it on an electrical outage but my son says there was electricity when he and his family arrived.

I could not review on cleanliness or such because they did not inform me of their closure. Imagine landing late in Houston after a long flight and while waiting for the hotel shuttle, you call them to find out what the hold up is and they tell they are closed for maintenance. No email from the hotel or hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they were also not made aware of the closure. Now I’m stranded at the airport in 100F weather with no place to stay. In the past, hotels.com customer service was fantastic! But since merging wth Expedia, the quality of service was not up to par. The agent pretty much told me best wishes and good luck when I asked for help finding another place to stay.

I’m very disappointed that they did not care to inform us about cancelling our check in and said that they could not have me checked in when I reached the hotel for check in. They had five days to let us know that we cannot use their service. We had to find a new hotel in a last minute and had to pay $250 for a $60 hotel!

Everyone was overall nice, but definitely unorganized and not as clean. Shower curtains were BROWN at the bottom and bathtub was dirty. After checking in, about an hour later, staff came to put pillow cases on our pillows because they forgotten/didn’t know someone checked in. We also checked in about an hour after checkin time.

We booked and paid for the room a couple of weeks early to catch an early flight. We arrived at the hotel exhausted after driving five and a half hours to find out the hotel cancelled our room without any notification! Because, we booked through a third party they didn’t have payment paid directly to them, and blamed it on a “storm” they were able to do that! That was so wrong and inconsiderate of them. I would not recommend booking.

We arrived in Houston and called for a shuttle just to be informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to a water issue. I understand that it was something out of their control but they made no effort to help us or make suggestions. Just told us to contact Expedia. It was a terrible experience.

We checked in late at 12 am. The next day I requested late checkout. 12 pm was approved. After learning my flight was delayed I asked to extend the late checkout. The manager told me to call back at 12 to request. When I did that, it was denied and I had to decide to pay another night but then the whole hotel power went out. No light, no ac, no accommodations. The pool and jacuzzi was filthy! No water was available to purchase or given as courtesy. I asked for washing/drying accommodation, that wasn’t working either. This was a horrible experience for me, my husband and my child while on vacation.

We were not able to stay because the power was out. We booked 30 minutes before we checked in and the power had been out for hours. Would like a refund, as we would not have booked if we knew there wasn’t any power

I do not recommend this hotel! We booked two rooms 4 months ago. They canceled one room because they DID NOT ANSWER FROM AN UNKNOWN NUMBER! The hotel staff refused to honor the booking. So instead of two rooms, we only had one. In hotel room: Smoke detector was broken. Toilet lid was broken. A/C did work! Loud guests in hallway at midnight and it sounded like someone was bowling in the floor above us.
I won’t book here again nor stay here!
