Sadly, We didn’t stay because their handicap accessible room was too far from the lobby for my mother - who uses a walker- to walk to (2nd floor at the end of the far hallway).

The shower seems to be set up for special need folks, making the shower head only high enough to reach my mid body, so I will need to squat way down or use as a hand held.

Overall, I was quite impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is fairly bland and a little older looking, but my room was updated well and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I no noticed no highway/traffic noise, even though my room faced the highway. I was also impressed with the breakfast options and quality.

Front desk staff during night hours not responsive to clients. Many travelers don’t have typical sleep patterns. When we hear coffee 24/7, we are delighted and plan on it and look forward to it. Not the occurrence during our stay.

We stayed on the second floor and woke up each morning with the sound of people walking loudly above us. The earplugs and pillows to the head didn’t even help. It was enough to make me not return to this location. We were provided incorrect room at check in and had to return to get corrected key/room. It was handed quickly but still inconvenient. Overall clean environment.

There was no milk (it hadn't been delivered yet and it was 7:30 a.m.) or cereal, no fresh fruit options except some bad looking oranges, only cheese omlette, while the website showed 2 omlette options. I would have loved an early check-in, but the hotel experienced high occupancy over the weekend because of an event in the city. Still, the front desk professional hooked up my IHG account, which I had not been previously able to do. And the property was fantastic, as was the breakfast, bed and shower! Well done!

Check in was easy but when we got to our room there was definitely a cigarette smell, not extremely strong but noticeable. Room was clean and cool, even though it was 103 outside. Also, we check in late, around 9 pm and after crawling into bed, found the remote needed new batteries.Too late for us to contact front desk. Breakfast was very good, great selection for a hotel breakfast, love the cinnamon rolls! Probably would stay again but will check room first.

Front desk offered compensation upon my checkout to get me out the door, told me manager would contact me. I've tried to contact for a refund several times, no response.
Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else. Would not trust this establishment with my money again.
