I would like to make a suggestion that there are more trash cans put in the room, bigger ones. Also, would like to have room service 2-3 days since I was staying 7.

I was put in a dirty cigarette infested room because I had a dog . I called down to ask for a different room was hung up on I called back and she decided not to answer. I brought my daughter downstairs to have my room changed and was told that not possible I eventually said that I would like a refund. She agreed to change my room for an extra cleaning fee . The new room wasn’t horrible the bed was comfortable and the coffee was good . The pool was also shut down.

The room smelled bad and it was so humid in there and seemed to be like wet or maybe moldy. The shower was small and the sink was outside the bathroom. It was just a mess and I won’t ever book this place again!

Very disappointing when we arrived. The entire reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. They were closed. Had to pay extra for a room with a bigger bathtub with jacuzzi to suffice. The room was clean, and the bed EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was a nice Continental with bacon, eggs and waffles. Would definitely stay again as long as the pool was open!

We checked in, dropped our bags, and went to dinner. We came back to our room and within 30 seconds of being back in the room, we noticed a roach crawling out from under the tv and across our things. We immediate left and went to a different hotel across town. The front desk staff had been extremely helpful and courteous during the check-in, I didn’t want to convey any distaste to them, so I simply left. The state of the hotel beyond the roaches was acceptable considering the price, but roaches are not acceptable, and the desk staff shouldn’t have to deal with that. Also, the entire property smelled like cigarettes. There should be a disclaimer that the property used to be a smoke friendly property. Very dissatisfied with the property. Very pleased with the staff.

The beds were only diubles, a queen would have been better. Nothing was plugged in when we arrived to our room which left my husband on his knees under the desk figuring out where to plug stuff in. The pool was closed which was not identified on the website. We specifically chose a hotel with a pool so it would have been nice to know it was closed. We would have chosen another place to stay. Breakfast was ok with plenty of options. The room was clean and the shower was nice. Overall a nice facility.

They should have let us known the pool wasent working before check in . That’s not right . Whole reason why we came . Than they had some type poly or dating event here . Didn’t inform anyone anything . Like a heads up would of been nice , I want my $ back

I should have paid a little extra to stay at a better hotel. Once we got off of the elevator to get to our room, it smelled like apartments. I chose a non smoking room but I still smelled the cigarette smell that bothered me the entire night.the staff was friendly but overall the place is worn out. It may have been clean but it just looks dirty.

Property is in decline. 3rd time I have stayed here in last 6 months and has closed the entire time with the same side. They are just not repairing it. While my room was clean, the toilet paper holder was brake off the wall, the TV remote did not work correctly, the light over the sink did not work and the carpet was torn. Breakfast is good and it was clean.

Its decent if your just resting your head. It would have been nice if they advertised that their pool is down for maintenance, so if thats why your booking dont. Light in bathroom kept flickering went to the front desk and asked for maintenance to fix it, he came but could not fix the issue, went to find a light bulb to be told they are all blown and he would be back the next day and never returned. Bathroom also had no working ventilation system and shower door would not stay closed. And bugs crawling up the sink.

stayed 2 nights, suite was big, no bugs seen but it is very outdated, and needs a GOOD cleaning. I brought my own cleaning supplies and such, made it comfortable enough but when you are within a certain budget, with a pet, you do what you have too. It was good enough.

Close to lots of shopping and eating. Not thrilled that the hot tub was out of commission and it looked like the pool was not usable either, it had a vacuum in it all weekend and the water looked murky. Staff was great, the room was clean, free breakfast had eggs and tater tots in addition to the usual waffles and baked goods. I didn’t see any oatmeal, though.
