Just spending the night while traveling. We were happy with our room!

Our Stay was pleasant. The Employees were very nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast. I thought the beds were OK. But two of my kids found them quite uncomfortable.

Front desk was amazing at any time, even that we got a smoking room (we don’t smoke, but they didn’t anymore non-smoking) the smell wasn’t that bad, it was a good experience for the price.

I booked a room at this hotel on my drive back to Colorado, hoping to get a few hours of rest and relax in the hot tub. However, upon check-in, I was informed that the hot tub was broken and being removed from the room. Despite this, I was still charged the full price for a room with a hot tub and was denied a discount. The hotel itself is run-down and gave off bedbug vibes. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, particularly in the curtains, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The carpet was dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable enough to get under the covers to sleep. The only positive aspect was the lobby, which was pristine, clean, and felt like a 5-star area. The exterior of the hotel was about average. Overall, my experience was horrible. The hotel desperately needs upgrades. I would never stay here again and strongly suggest others avoid booking here unless they're looking for drugs and hookers.

I accidentally booking smoking room. Staff was ok but of course the room smelled. Since it was just a sleeping overnight it was fine

The property was very clean and walking dog around was beautiful. Swing pool was enjoyable needed more towels. Sleeping was amazing, but in the morning staff rush you out friendly services is gone.

It could use some updates, it wasn’t horrible but there was an off smell and the elevator was iffy to use. Otherwise it was fine.

Best welcoming, best breakfast and great room for handicapped

Room wasn't clean as should be. Dirty bed skirt, nasty substance all around both of them. Urine smell. Smallest TV I've seen in a hotel. Internet wouldn't connect despite being in middle room. Grandson cried at state of room.

The kids had a blast swimming. Everything was great, no complaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Older property, but well maintained.

The desk clerks were great! Its a run down motel with curious stains on upholstry. The beds were clean

I appreciated that the parking lot was well lit and the staff walk the parking lot occasionally to prevent theft. I had a valuable scooter on the back of my vehicle that was kept safe.

Good hotel to catch a couple of nights.

It was a convenient location for our visit and offered what we needed in terms of a swimming pool for granchildren (though it was rather small); continental breakfast; clean comfortable rooms. Showers were a bit small and furniture showed some wear, but overall a nice place to stay.

Pricey for hotel level. Found it odd to have a hot-tub in the room and did not need. A/C worked well. Easy to adjust temperature settings and get comfortable. Breakfast was fully stocked which I greatly appreciated.

The place was great except I was told that the gym was open at 6am and then I got into the gym and they said I it wasnt open until 8am.

There wasn't anything special about the place per se. It was a place to stay one night and continue on. Staff was nice. Clean room. Easy in and out.

Windows were whistling when it got windy out

The rooms smelt like smoke even if it was smoking free room also the bathroom smelt like poop when we first arrived like someone took a big poop and didn’t flush it.

The bathroom smelled like a marijuana dispensary, the pillows were these square, lumpy things like bad throw pillows, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete with a speed bump going across the middle from one side to the other. It was very bad on the hips and back! We finally gave up even trying to sleep around 5 a.m. and just got up and on our way. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly though.

This Microtel is very well taken care of, clean and comfortable. And it has TCM which is a plus for us!

My fiancé and I stayed here while traveling through Texas and we have zero complaints! The room itself had a few rough edges but it was clean and didn't strike any major concern. There is a pool that looked nice that was in the lobby area. We enjoyed the breakfast which was adequate with several options (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, etc.) If you're looking for a place to stay for a night then you can't really beat the price!
