Dirty room uncomfortable blankets, pillows, and mattress, tv is about as old as i am, for having almost 100 rooms and charging at least $60 for a single one they could definitely afford to make it more comfortable. The single staff member i saw was super nice so theres about the only redeeming feature. Oh and the walls and ceilings must be made of paper because holy moly i could hear every conversation going on around me. Zero sense of privacy like that.

I will admit I was a bit concerned after seeing the lobby and work station while checking in. It was unappealing and looked unclean. Behind the check-in desk were laundry carts, supplies etc. The young woman checking us in was very welcoming and competent. We were pleased with our room. It appeared to be recently updated with a walk in shower. It was called a king suite. The linens and bedding were clean and fresh.

Great experience! The room was clean and pretty modern (king suite) and it was very affordable especially compared to the areas surrounding.

The room was gross it appeared someone had tried to bust into the window, the screen was all bent and there was dust all in the vents of the AC. There was a kibble of dog food on the floor of the bathroom (that was locked but we opened with a pen cap) and there was a chunk of human hair on the wall and cigarette burns all over the tub. It was a busy weekend and the town was sold out of rooms for a concert going on so it wasn’t like we could complain but I will try very hard to never go back.

The property was in decent shape. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only mini-complaint is there was a half-eaten cheesecake in the mini fridge and the blanket was a bit thin.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, although it has been a year or more since my last stay. It is generally okay, but this time the toilets did not work properly in both of the rooms I stayed in, and I had to move out of the first room because it appeared the toilet in the room above was leaking down through the ceiling into my bathroom. Also, in the second room, the hot and cold water in the shower worked opposite of what was indicated on the water control knob. It took a while to figure out how to get hot water for my shower.

I was in the Mt. Pleasant area for a concert at Soaring Eagle Casino August 16, 2024. I found the accommodations adequate for our one night stay. The bed was not the most comfort bed I have ever slept in, but it wasn't terrible.

Just a stopover on my way to visit family. Property, rooms and furnishings are old and tired, stained. The bathroom was updated at some point based on the tile and fixtures. The room was clean. Staff was friendly

Front desk clerk very rude. They supposed to clean our room every other day. When they came clean our room we were still in the room. We told the guy we will be out in 5 mins to come back but they never did.

Do not stay at this property. The room was dirty. Upon entry we were greeted with a strong odor of cat urine. There were stray hairs everywhere. All furniture was aged and had dings and scratches. Toilet wouldn’t flush. We wouldn’t even walk on the carpeting with bare feet. The “breakfast” was a disgrace. Honestly do not step foot in this place!
