Our stay was fabulous! Just the right distance from Old Town and right on the water.

Very nice resort but has barnyard animals about. Roosters crowing before sunrise. Found a dead pigeon on the stairs. Watch out for the "resort fees" they dont match what Hotels.com says. Girl at check in forgot to mention there is an elevator on the opposite end of the building.

We loved our stay at this resort. The room was amazing and the price we paid was fantastic. The staff was very helpful. Its seemed slightly older but was in great shape. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The main bathroom and shower were over the top. The screened in porch provided much needed protection against bugs. Excellent appliances, furniture, and amenities.

This is a beautiful property! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and loved the pool area! Screened in balconies were a plus at night!

We went for a birthday celebration and we were absolutely in love and regretted not booking for more days. Accommodation is A1 kitchen is fully equipped. No complaints at all. Staff was super very helpful and kind at all times. Definitely coming back again and recommending this place to everyone I know.

This property was great for the family. It has a kitchen which made breakfast easy. It was spacious.

First time at this property on the island. DEFINITELY did not disappoint. Javon at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Staff was so friendly. Parking was a little tight for my brother’s truck under the building but he does have a slightly larger than standard ride. Will be back.

The staff were great upon check in and Cheryl today but thr lady that was Hispanic and claimed to be a manager was horrible at providing customer service. Upon check in we had to move to another room because there was a leak in the master bathroom in the middle of floor and brown stuff that look like syrup all around the toilet. Room B13. We were moved to D33.

Beautiful 2 bedroom suite with screened in balcony. Close enough to downrown by lyft $4, but far enough away to be quiet and super clean.

The hotel was ok, however it was a Vacation club and NOT a hotel, the staff made sure they told us this several times as we checked in and the service was terrible.

Loved this resort, the spacious rooms with kitchen and screened porch! Everything was absolutely beautiful, well kept. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, they quickly responded and had us move rooms and fixed the air unit so we could move back in the next day. Also, we missed a night due to hurricane Debby and canceled flights, when speaking with the management they were kind enough to refund us that night even though they were not obligated to do that. Will definitely recommend this resort to family and friends!

The room was large. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Full kitchen. Coffee maker was outdated. Televisions were outdated. Nice enclosed balcony. Pool was too warm. Location was not convenient to downtown.

Beautiful unit and very clean.. the only negative is the water pressure was very low. Also I would have give this place a five star, but we found a used tampon.. the manager got it taking care of very quickly.

The property overall is nice. We had a good time. However, our checking experience was not the best. We got there late in the evening and it seems that there was some kind of room allocation error. There in the room that was originally allocated to us was accidentally assigned to somebody else, even though our situation got resolved, and we were allocated in room, which was similar if not better, however the communication from the front desk staff while we were checking in was left a lot to be desired. We were not explained on what this situation/the issue was that time it was ready discomfort to know.

Great place to stay for a family of 4! We will be back! Staff was wonderful. Loved it! If you plan to go in the water at the “beach” you will need water shoes. (But that is for most places in Key west)
