What I did like was that the staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfast with the hotel stay was not the best. Unlike the typical continental breakfast of other hotels, this location had pre packaged jimmy deans sausage biscuits, yogurts, toast and pre packaged Danish pastry. There was no pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage links or bacon to chose from.

This property need more upgrades, need a cleaning crew, need renovations. And need to make coffees 24/7 instead of 8, stay there for work purposes couldnt even get a cup of coffee for the time i stayed in, beside the staff are amazing and explain thoroughly.

The hotel is so clean and the staff are so friendly and nice especially the front desk. The check in and out were easy. Thanks for the wonderful 2 nights at sure stay hotel.

Very disappointed with this place. Room was dated and right on the corner of the walkway. I travel with a dog who heard people all night outside their room smoking or walking by. Not comfortable, not clean, not very friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The hallway and room reeked of cigarette smoke even though we stayed in a non smoking room. There was also a blood stain on the bathroom towel.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was subpar, the staff didn't really do much to help. I was given the key and had to wait a few hours for the room to be finished cleaning. I was also charged a $30 fee for "staining" a towel. I didn't realize their small hand towels cost $30 and didn't realize they couldn't just bleach it.

Property really needs repairs inside and out. It is extremely out dated and dirty. The curtain in the room didn’t even cover the entire window. The corners of the floor in the bathroom had dirt or I don’t know what it was. I reserved 2 queen beds.
My daughter and I were unable to sleep in our beds because something was biting us the entire night. My daughter bagged up our belongings and directly washed them in hot water when we returned home.
The carpet was sticky when we walked barefoot. The cable was off and on. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel. The continental breakfast was acceptable.

Is was clean but not enough parking space. Don’t plan for breakfast bing the main meal of the day.(pastry to go shop) Also, I was on the non smoking side and people were vaporing, not good.

Probably the worst hotel property I stayed during my lifetime (so far). Dirty, old and smelly rooms… front desk don’t even have adequate supply consumables (towels, soap, shampoo etc.) when asked. The breakfast is horrible - stale food, juices seem to have mixed water in them!!! Only one toaster to cater the entire breakfast area
Worst of all is the fact that the property didn’t clean my room despite placing this request at time of check in. I stayed two nights and when I came back to the property in the evening of the second day, room was not cleaned. When I complained to front desk they said they didn’t have a request for it to be cleaned!!!
Please avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.

The bathroom shower had meldew on the corner plus the all the corners on the floor could use better maintenance. Very disappointed my room was never serviced the trash was there for 2 days or perhaps this NJ hotel don't practice servicing rooms till the day of check out. Err. Breakfast was good.

The condition of the mattress was so poor I left after the first night. Can't put in top notch work with poor to little sleep. Had to search for last minute accommodations in the area; the "mistake" of booking here was an expensive one

Construction in front of the hotel made it hard to enter since it was closed off to the road.
"Breakfast" was absolutely pathetic. Coffee, toast, yogurt and frozen breakfast sandwiches. It was gross. And not worth anything. No eggs or waffles or the like. I will stay somewhere else next time.

I am so angry about our stay. We’ve been here at least 10 times. The rooms definitely need renovation but that never bothered us. The room was always clean and comfortable. But this time was TERRIBLE! The bed was awful. We could feel every metal spring and barely slept. After checking in at 3 we didn’t come back until 11 so it was too late to get a different room. Honestly, we should be given a refund or a free nite stay if they want us to come back

It's not the best place ever,but so far,it been a good experience staying there,i which they would have a little bit of more careful when people smoke on the hallways and smoke start going to the others room specially with babies, but other than that it was good,good parking,close to restaurants and mall.

Very nice, the only thing I noticed is during breakfast. The young man who was taking care of the breakfast was handling the bread with unprotected hands. This must change and it was discerning that this was happening.

Older facility, not very clean, the hallways smelled musty and smokey. Our original room smelled of cigarette smoke. Requested a room change and they moved us, while stating all the rooms are smoke free. Water pressure and temperature changed constantly in the shower and the pressure was never very good. Several of the electrical outlets were not working. Sheets and towels were clean, air conditioner worked, but other than that, not impressed.
