Some guests brought a console game and set it up on front they played until 200 am and the door they used to go back to room for more beer (I assume) was by my room so they slammed the door until 200. Hotel should have made them stop at 1000pm. To respect other guests.

I totally loved the place and room. Your front office staff was probably the rudest and honestly not very inviting. I felt a little bit of some type of racial thing going on. It really didn't set well with me. I was as kind as kind to be and your front staff made it clear that she did NOT like serving me.
That makes me sad in a world where we should be united.

When I arrived, I had to look for staff. There was no one in the office in front of the security monitors or at the register. When the young man finally arrived he smelled like smoke and he wasn't friendly. It took a bit to get us checked in. When we went to our floor it smelled as if someone was smoking on the floors. I will avoided this hotel next time.

Spent three days, the room was never made up nor was coffee in the room replaced. Once the first night I Ordered a salad and sandwich and not only was it expensive, it was listed as chicken salad and was a cold fried chicken. Not palatable or very healthy. I went to the front desk to ask for coffee for my in room coffee maker and they were out? The breakfast buffet was decent, the staff polite.

Understand it’s nobody’s fault, and there's no predicting mechanical failure, but I chose the property due to the proximity to the airport and the availability of a complimentary shuttle. The shuttle broke down the night before we got there, so I had to pay for a Lyft. So that was a disappointment. But the hotel was clean, the room as expected (though the bathroom was teeny tiny), and the staff very pleasant.

Between the planes flying above all night and the air conditioning unit sounding like a plane it was very hard to sleep. When I did wake up my first morning, my throat was killing me, it was horrible. The second night no different. The air conditioning unit was so loud. It sounded like a truck coming through the window. My last day I went to the unit to turn it off because it was so loud, and I realized that it was covered in thick dust and mold where the air was blowing out when I tell you, they never clean or dust that air condition interior. OMG I wanted to vomit. I literally went home sick with a sore throat from all the dust and mold in that room. (218)

The hotel is exactly what you’d expect for a chain in close proximity to an airport…except their airport shuttle was out of service at 5am and I was left to scramble (and pay for) for an early morning Uber to make my flight. It’s unacceptable when the sole reason I chose this hotel (and I suspect many others) was b/c of the shuttle. It wouldn’t have been too much for the hotel to have rented an SUV to shuttle guests to/from RDU. Instead my morning started stressfully and $20 more.

This is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The "airport shuttle" was a nightmare. You have to call and then they send the van. The van that showed up was labeled Marriott but the guy said it was for Hyatt. We got driven to the wrong Hyatt (house not place). After realizing the mistake we called Hyatt place and they said they would send someone. Spoiler, they never did. They said their shuttle was then broken. We had to pay for a Lyft to get us there. The whole thing took hours basically ruining the evening. The hotel itself is so dark and dingy. The "fitness center" is laughable. The breakfast is gross, with runny eggs and cold food. The phones in the room don't even call the front desk but rather route you to Hyatt corporate. I miss real hotels.
