Staff was friendly, and check in/out was uneventful. Overall, the hotel was just a bit rundown. Room was clean, but clearly showing signs of wear and tear. Hotel is close to the airport, but not much else. Good location, if you're just looking for something convenient to the airport. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but it's just average.

Very nice property and such a nice staff. The evening front desk person (Latisha) was a DELIGHT. So nice, helpful, friendly. I felt welcomed. The room was very comfortable, bed was nice and the pillows, WOW! Very comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing before a busy travel day. I would highly recommend this property and want to point out how NICE the staff is.

Overall pleasant stay. The building is clearly very dated and in need of a renovation or remodel. I was expecting a nicer facility for $180 a night. Morning breakfast bar was a nice touch.

Very nice hotel but virtually no venues to eat nearby except limited fast food or poor old restaurant. A bit noisy due to hwy and airport, but minimal volume inside room. Very nice staff especially Philipa at desk. Updated and perfectly clean. Owner on site checking all.

We stayed one night in order to catch an early flight. Checking in was very easy. The bed was comfy. And the airport shuttle was convenient. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Will stay again!

Great place for an overnight stay between the flights. Very clean, professionally run property with decent breakfast and free airport shuttle. The hotel employees were very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room with a king bed was spacious and had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and a microwave. Overall, we are super happy with our stay at Wingate. Definitely recommend!

Incredibly noisy. The airport, expressway, and pipes were loud, but this is seemingly a party hotel. People literally brought a sound system to one of the rooms. I don't think I was able to get more than 3 hours of sleep even with ear plugs.

Hotel is close to airport and was convenient since I was only in town for a short stay. However, we saw a few "sketchy" looking people walking to the back of the hotel. The hotel is at a deadend of a street and a liquor store is right across the street.

We were so impressed with the staff. Latisha was so helpful and pleasant and polite. John the shuttle driver was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the sausage egg sandwich at breakfast was a nice change from the ordinary breakfast offerings.

Your run of the mill hotel by the airport. Bad service due to the shuttle bus, THE ENTIRE REASON FOR OUR STAY AT A LAYOVER AIRPORT, not running without notice. No one at the desk cared enough about the problem to even acknowledge it when I spoke about it at check in. They literally just ignored me.
