When I arrived there were 4 pillows on a chair. No pillow cases. I called anf asked for at least 2. I was tolf they were not available! Breakfast was limited, mostly cold food

I am handicapped woman that ask for extra pillows and blankets for back and leg support. But never receive anything. When I arrived to the to the hotel I as the front desk representative for extra pillows and blankets but they STILL could not give me any back or leg support and this trip was for a hospital/ doctor visit, as I was coming from out of state.

Not a safe place to park your vehicle and the staff is not friendly or helpful. Also, the air conditioner sound like a small lawnmower and did not cool the room. Housekeeping tried to enter my room before checking out time... it was supposed to be quick stay to catch an early flight.... never ever again will I stay there I rather pay more.

The worst Ive ever seen. The AC didn't work and the bath sink had a bucket under it. Everytime you turned on the sink water pour out of the leaking trap and then continued to drip the whole time. I asked for another room and they said they didn't have one. So i went to another hotel. Both expedia and the hotel refused to give a refund. Thats crazy they expected me to stay in a room with those conditions. I'm definitely not returning to this establishment and seriously thinking of never using expedia again. Most of the place will negotiate a price equal to expedia's so why use them if they can't fix a simple situation like this.

Stains on pillow case, linen smelled weird, latch on door was loose, entry way light didn’t work in room, and the absolute worse was a roach on the nightstand, kept the lights on after that and didn’t get very much sleep!

Staff was nice. Location was easy to get to. Room was clean. Phone did not work. Bathroom light was taped to ceiling with construction tape. Only 2 towels were given, had to ask for more. Had to ask for more soap . The fan in the bathroom made a grinding noise. I had to empty trash everyday, The breakfast was very sparse. 1 banana, some cereal, yogurt and waffles. Tea containers were empty . No protein available. Was hoping for maybe oatmeal, or hard boiled eggs, or toast and peanut butter.. Apples oranges maybe would be nice.

Professional, kind staff. Clean. Quiet. Would stay again. However - the single step into the room from outside is very high-hard for me. The pillows were big and too hard. Hurt my neck to sleep on them. All in all, great little place with beautiful rose garden outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are ok but some of the facilities like the locker in the room was not working and the water fountain near the lobby was also not working. The breakfast had limited options and the items that were over were not being replaced, even within the breakfast timing window.

I’ve stayed here a lot over the last few years, and I’m sad to say, it’s showing some age. When I checked in, I had to go through three different rooms. First one, tv had no signal. Second one, tv didn’t work at all. Third one, tv worked, but found out next morning the sink leaked on the floor. The good thing, the woman working the desk that night kept running up and down with the new keys rather than having to do it myself. Then the second night, I got back and my room key didn’t work. Ugh. Bed and pillows were still comfortable and location is convenient

Clean, quiet, nice stay. However, breakfast and coffee are awful. Coffee in room is undrinkable. Worst coffee I have ever drank in 5 decades of coffee drinking. Coffee in eating area is drinkable, but not good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine with comfortable bedding. Cleanliness was average. Both days the breakfast ran out of food and wasn't replaced about 9 am. Prior to that there was an adequate selection but we had to keep asking for items to be refilled. The second night there were very loud noises for hours above our room so we couldnt sleep. I dont think anyone is there in the nighttime to ensure this doesn't happen as the desk is closed from 12 am to 5 am.

Room had a very unsafe broken window that staff were not aware of until I informed them.

Breakfast was poor. Few offerings. Many items (ie syrup) were gone and no staff available to provide assistance or refill.
Very difficult to find staff to provide assistance. They should not be managing a hotel.
