Amazing experience. Check in was so smooth the young lady that checked us in was so pleasant and helpful! Our room was amazing I mean wow when we walked in! Location was perfect for us multiple restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast served daily from 6a-10a so good and clean!

Upon arrival, my husband & I were told that our room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3pm. We hadn’t arrived until 4pm. Everything looked decent at first, so when a staff member had checked in with us, we said “ the room looked good. “ Later on that night when we had wanted to bathe, the shower floor was greasy. There was no shower gel or bath mat. We were already comfortable & tired & did not want housekeeping around us in this state. I have never had such an experience like this when coming to this hotel. You’ve got to do better.

The hotel room was beautiful, breakfast was hot and vegetarian friendly (plenty of scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and bread), and the front desk people were extremely nice. My husband was sick during the trip and the hotel accommodated us as we needed to change bookings, get food delivered to our door, and other things. We’re definitely staying here again!

This was probably the largest room that I have ever stayed in. Even the bathroom was huge. Everything was clean and comfortable. I was concerned when I was told that the doors would be closed at 8:00 and you would need a room key to get in. My wife and I went out to dinner and did not have any problems on a Sunday night in downtown Buffalo. I will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Buffalo.

A lovely location, so. So convenient to all we wanted to do. The staff were so helpful especially Janice at the front desk.

July 19, 2924. The fitted sheet and mattress pad did not fit the mattress. As a result the sheet and pad were not properly affixed on one corner at the head of the bed. We tried to make these items fit to the mattress but were not able to do so. Neither was a staff member who was dispatched to help.
Our main concern was less the “failure to fit” than the fact that the staff had to know the problem existed and failed to see it resolved.
So our complaint is really about the communication and management system that seemed to be satisfied that it was OK with letting the customer have a problem.
July 20, 2024. Our room was not serviced during our all-day absence. As the computer system was down due to the Microsoft outage we understand the burden on the staff having to run the hotel using manual processing.

Friendly, accommodating staff — upon check in we were told our room was not ready and they weren’t able to give us a time when it would be ready. Check in is 3pm, our room was ready at 6pm. We were comped free parking ($15) for the inconvenience. The room was very clean once we were able to check in. No additional issues.

I enjoyed my stay. the only issues I had are the cleaning staff did not take the trash out or make the bed. I clean up behind myself because I don't like messes, so the trash was neatly ready for them and I straightened the bed so they could make it. Neither happened. The room was beautiful and spacious, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent; hey really need to work on that. Other than that, it was a nice place and a nice location to get to my events.
