We have stayed here several times in the past and usually have a good experience. However, the current management seems to be letting the place go. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, exhaust fan wasn't working, tub faucet dripping constantly, and someone had thrown coffee on one of the walls and stains were still very visible. When I mentioned this at checkout the very nice older lady informed us that room was not even supposed to get rented because of the condition. We probably will not be going back. There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from.

The bed was very hard. Indoor pool was broken. Was not on website about mot working. The one thing my son wanted .

When we got there we did not get our accessibility room as requested. Was able to move the next day. Not bad. I just cannot stand in shower right now. Place needs a lot of updates. Hallway ceilings paint peeling. Pool closed because it. It was very quite stay. Staff was good.

Golf trip with friend. Breakfast was excellent. Stay the first night of two was unpleasant for a long period in the evening by noise from children in the floor directly above us jumping up and down on the floor. Called front desk after about an hour. Was told they would take care of it. Noise stopped about 20 minutes later.

Where do I start. The desk clerk was asleep or passed out lobby reeked of the devils lettuce. Carpet Was torn in lobby ceiling peeling. Room way cleanish except for the mold in the shower stained a broken toilet seat. Beds have sofa pillows and the the kids slamming doors at 4am and screaming in the hallways. Complete dumpster fire.

The barhtub was very used and microwave should be changed the door was soiled or burned not too sure but I would be embarrassed to have that in a room. The rate was too expensive for the condition of the room

I only needed to stay here overnight for a business trip. The front staff in the evening and in the morning, were absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, although a bit outdated. The bathroom was sparkling clean! My room even though 2 doors down from the elevator was sound proof. I slept great! The bed was comfortable as well! Very happy with this hotel!

The bed was comfortable but older hotel that needs updated. Cleaning staff could use some training.

The biggest problem was the cleanliness. Carpets are stained in the hallways. The tub looked dirty but was just scuffed up. The breakfast had waffles but the batter was so slow coming out and when the waffle finally came out the plastic ware was so flimsy you couldn’t cut into the waffle.

It was perfect for a sleep on the road. The room is old, so it's not up to date, but everything is clean and functional. For the price, with the breakfast included, it was perfect for our need.

The day clerk could be rude at times. Said she had been there 20 years, but you could tell she wasn't enjoying it as well. Night clerk could smile a little more just bored, I guess. Room smelled musty, bathroom for 3 people only 1 small shampoo, no conditioner and 1 lotion. hmmm. Needs updating and refreshed. Ceiling in pool area coming down and no towels. Just disappointed in condition. Breakfast was not what was expected.

The only good thing about this place was how kind the lady behind the counter was. When we got there, the elevator was broken. I was offered a 1st floor room but i needed the king suite for the floor space for our wheelchair bound son. I had to carry him and all of our luggage up to the 4th floor. Once we got up there and settled, we realized the air conditioning was not working. We decided to suck it up because we were not carrying everything back down. But then we opened the pull out couch--GROSS. Full of food and garbage. The mattress had a gigantic pee stain and blood stain on it. To top it off, we found roaches in the room. The pillows felt like there were wadded up balls of fluff in them. It was awful.

The hallways have a Oder to it, the first room we had smelled really bad, we had to switch rooms it was better but still a slight smell, the interior of the hotel was not in the best condition but you pay for what you get, I will not stay there again

Convent place to stay on my way back to New Hampshire. The shower was very confusing and I had a hard time getting it going.

From the get go the lobby personnel didn’t know how to check me in. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get them to honor the reservation. There was a leak in the bathroom and there was water all over the bathroom floor.
The ac wasn’t working we had to be moved to a different room.
The paint was coming of the walls due to humidity in the bathroom.

A nice place to stay. Nothing fancy and the rooms are a bit tired feeling. Needed paint in the bathroom, new bathroom fixtures, and new toilet seat. BUT the room was spacious, a/c worked great, bed was very comfortable. We stayed several nights and we our room was made up each day which is something that will cause me to return. When Im on vacation, i dont want to make my own bed!
The brrakfast consisted of juice, coffee, teas, waffles, bagels (no bread), oranges, packaged muffins, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, and two different cereals. Shout out to Stacey for keeping everything sparkling clean and replenished. Great cystomer service!

Convenient to the interstate without being noisy and a quick drive to Winchester city proper for dining and shopping. The only complaint was the dirty, stained walls in contrast to how clean the rest of the room was.

The bathroom fan was very loud when turning on and off. The towel step was cracked. You couldn't see the TV from the little couch. We called downstairs twice to speak to a manager and no one answered. The kids across the hall were loud and ran in the hall.

Great place to stay for the price point. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the building (interior and exterior) is in need of minor cosmetic attention like peeling wallpaper, water stains, fresh paint and caulking in the bathroom etc.
