The location was behind a car dealership and somewhat difficult to get to!

The water was hot

The elevator was broken the majority of the stay, the tub had rust water spots, the room hadn't been clean properly, it was dusty and dirty, the refrigerator had trash stuck to back, floor hadn't been vacuumed. The room entry door handle was defective. We had to go to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies. There was plaster behind the bathroom door, and a large hole in the ceiling in the lobby.

This location definitely needs to get it together. I cleaned my own room. Elevator went out twice. I had a swollen knee and had to walk up the stairs twice. There are no phones in the room. Which is weird. But what got me was the loud knock on the door.. “ housekeeping.. are y’all checking out at 11 or late” thats was definitely rude. What if I had a baby. Definitely unprofessional. We aren’t residents of Alabama.. so to me this stay was very unprofessional. Also housekeeping. I never seen housekeeping in street clothes or kids helping clean room. I knew then it was time to go.

The sheets and comforter was stained and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was not clean either. Many upgrades needed. Had to go down to 2nd floor for ice.

the manager was extremely unprofessional and refused to give me a discount for the room I paid for! I paid for a spa room and the spa bath didn’t even work. sucks it was the closest to my job so I had to stay here! I paid 150$ per night for a room in the ghetto that hasn’t been updated or maintained In years. like, and when I went in the room, there was handprints on the mirror the remote was disgusting and had food all over it. There’s dust on the lamps that have been there for months. I have way more photos this, but I can’t upload them.

Price per night and the 150.00 per night charged to your credit card,their Covid policy when it comes to providing daily room service. The Room furniture, the rug was outdated and needs to replaced. The TV reception provided by Direct TV was a joke reception was terrible. The small dresser drawer was taped together its not worth your hard Earned money at all.

The Property really fooled me! The Pool was messed up, my kids looked forward to swimming and they couldn’t. The Hotel staff was very rude when I came to hospitality. And they wouldn’t give any extra Towels and Wash cloths

This property was right off the highway and was in a good location from restaurants

This property was nasty half cleaned. The hallways reaped a bad odor and where hot as well as the elevator. I don’t want to start on the room because it wasn’t good. The staff were nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beds were comfortable, bedding was clean, air got cold, great location to everything from restaurants, Walmart, and Alabama Adventures and Splash. Daja and the young man that was working the night shift had great customer service and communication skills.. After showing my photos I was refunded for one of the rooms.

I reserved two rooms 313 and 319. The telephones are in the room but they don't work that should have been a heads up or just remove them. Room 313 the refrigerator was very dirty and not getting cool. The television went out but the front desk employee, Daja fixed it. In room 319 we sprayed to clean the tub out out water was stuck in the tub Saturday night, all Sunday, and still in there when we left Monday ay morning. We had to go to room 313 to shower good thing we had two rooms because all rooms were booked which means we won't have been able to shower. There wasn't any maintenance there. There wash any breakfast we thought there was a waffle maker, cereal, eggs, biscuits, and meat with juice and water all we saw were fruit. I had to wait till Monday to talk to the manager first she seem to have an attitude and just apologized she didn't want to give me a response until I showed her the pictures then she said she wasn't aware of anything but the telephone not working because they are waiting on new ones. But as the manager it's your job to be sure everyone one else is doing there jobs. The walls need cleaning in the rooms and bathroom or repaint. The carpet in the hall needs to be taken up and replace with tile or hardwood. Everyone except Daja and the young man that was working the night shift needs to work on customer service and communication skills you are employed in the hospitality industry.
