It’s a really nice little hotel close from the beach. Very well located. The personell was very friendly and gave us a bigger room because we traveled with a dog. I can recommend staying here.

Nice room with a balacony. Close to the seafront. Excellent air con, good shower. No fridge which would have been handy and breakfast didn't have a lot of options, no gluten free bread but did say could order. Decent hotel, would stay again.

I loved the hotel and location. The room was nice and clean. I was not very happy with the staff when it came to helping with parking information. We arrived at about 9pm after driving for about 10 hours and the gentleman at the reception said that the parking was completely full. I asked him where we could park and he did not know. Finally, we were lucky enough to find parking on the street which was free until 9am. He stated that parking was free from 9-10am. After that we needed to put money in the meter. Next morning a female was in the reception area and I asked her if there was any parking available since many people leave early, she also said no. I asked her about parking and she said she did not know you would think that the hotel would know where to refer their clients if they do not have parking. Finally, we found parking on our own, very inexpensive and around the corner from the hotel. The parking that we had used the previous night not only they charged for the 9-10am parking but they were asking for 35 euros for 2.5 hours. Ridiculous!

Having explored around Biarritz, the Saint Charles area is safe, affluent and quintessential French. We loved the restaurants and Charlie’s bar.

This was a great hotel. We’ll placed on Biarritz not too far from beach. We were just staying one night but would recommend this place to stay.

The staff was amazing & went out of their way. The location is perfect. The room was very small & beds not so comfortable. Could use updating. There was no electrical outlet on my side of the bed so I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed to plug in my CPAP machine.

This hotel is only a short walk from Grande Plage but in a nice quiet location. We were there in a heatwave but the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. A selection of teas were provided in the room.

The parking was excellent for the motorbikes and 4 went in one space. Receptionist was excellent. My room was good. Two friends had triangular rooms which were a bit small. An easy walk to town.

- Room had very poor insulation and it felt like the hallway was part of your room, which is less ideal for a good night's sleep. Door was very thin.

Only speak French. Very bad service. We made a 2 bed reservation, but there was only one bed. And they didnt want to help us with another bed, so I had to buy a mattres myself and put it in The room. Worst service ever. Also no Parking.

Amazing location a very short walk to the promenade. Friendly and helpful staff. The room we were given was clean and well maintained however it was a very small room and the bed was slanted to fit. Getting around the bed was a challenge. In another room I would have rated higher. Great that you can park on the street for free !

We couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff were super. They arranged for a kettle in the room with tea and coffee and each day we were given fresh milk. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was good as it was it a quite area - st Charles away from the noisy town centre but close enough to walk in. The grand Plage was only 10 min walk away.

This is the second year we go here. It is a rather great hotel for a reasonable price in Biarritz, also because it is not far from the beach. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived too early but we’re able to check in and even get a parking place. GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL IN ALL

Although the staff were nice, the comfort level was lacking. The rooms are not soundproofed and noisy travelers inside and outside the hotel can be heard at all hours, particularly when doors are slamming shut. There are also loud random electrical noises within the room itself. I slept very little on a 2 night stay and this has impacted the rest of my trip.

Hotel was in a very good location, close to the beach and central area. Bus stop was right out the front of the hotel and took us straight to the station

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. Every single person we talked to was so helpful and kind. It made you feel very welcome. A coffee pot in the room would make our stay perfect. 4 Euros for a
tiny coffee that you had to go downstairs for was a bit excessive. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I ate breakfast one of the days when I went downstairs for coffee because of the variety of healthy options... even though I never usually eat breakfast. I would definitely stay here again but would bring sometype of instant coffee in the morning. Oh and the toilet seat moved around a bit when you sat down. LOL I bet they fixed that though as I let them know for the next visitors. Thank you!!

Good location, walk to the beach and downtown. rooms are small, the street is noisy. However beds are comfortable, the room is clean over all a good place to stay for the price.

Very basic place in a very posh area staff okay they could nt speak English very well and o couldn’t speck French breakfast very basic continental style its like any where you go you don’t know what to expect Tv was all in french so that didn’t help Taxi fare was 18 euros on Sunday to train station could have used Uber if I knew about it 1 Euro back on bus

Biarritz and nearby Bayonne are both wonderful places to stay in and enjoy. Easy travel between the two by bus, good food, wine and the beauty of the Basque countryside.
