Very accommodating staff, the hotel is just a block or so from the train station and center ring of the city. Lots of quirky decor

Perfect stay, not far from city center. Everything was very clean and the people are friendly and helpfull.

Easy walk to Bologna Centrale station. Parking very limited and not walkable to good restaurants. Old charm in a cozy residential neighborhood of the town.

Easy to find. Parking was free but a tight squeeze. Comfy bed and a jetted tub, room is small. Only complaint was sound proofing. The guy in the next room made phone calls until 11:45 pm and you could almost hear both sides of the call.

Due to language difficulties I was charged for an extra day. I checked out very early on the day in question and even though I was told they would credit back my credit card they never did.

This place is spectacular! Top to bottom. Breakfast was fantastic a well. Close to train, the staff is great and the price is reasonable. Will be back.

The VIP Perk was only for parking. We didn’t drive so useless. There should be at least a back up perk in these cases.

Heat didn't work, and the room was really cold. Otherwise it was very nice, especially a great shower. The area around the hotel was a bit dodgy.

This was an awesome place in Bologna! The hotel was very Italian with a courtyard and villa feel to it. The staff members were so friendly. There are restaurants all around and it is close to the train and bus stations. I would stay here again.

Rooms are small but fine for 1-2 night stay. Bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel itself has a really nice vibe and it's nice to sit in the lounge area.

The pics are really nice but not exactly as the hotel looks. Front desk and restaurant are amazing people. Room not so good for 4 star hotel. I had to clean a few things in the bathroom, specifically and towel warmer that had 1cm in dust. It seems it was never cleaned. the shower was terrible, just a few drops coming out of the head. the location is good, some good restaurants near by and walking distance to the city center.

We were so surprised by the uniqueness of this property! Cute terraces on floors 2 and 3 (maybe 1 as well but we didn’t check!), free bicycles to use (first come;first served), nice spa area, comfortable room and wonderful staff! Location was perfect for us - near the train station and only a one mile walk to the center of Bologna! The walk was great! We had the BEST dinner and service at a nearby restaurant- La Corte dei Ghiottoni!! So perfect!!

It was a nice small hotel. It was super clean, wifi not so fast, bed was comfortable. I only wish they had a better table for a computer. The breakfast was awesome and reasonably priced.

We stayed for one night in the Flower Suite during a really hot day in the summer. We were two adults and to teenagers. The location is close to the train station and it is straight forward and easy to walk there even with luggage. The suite is really a flower suite since all wallpapers are with flowers. It was clean although it is not super modern. On the downside the bathroom is a bit cramped. Staying the suite probably makes more sense when it's not really hot in the summer. The reason we booked the suite was that we got a really got price for it. However, it was really good that the kids got their own beds instead of sofa beds as usual. Since we stayed inside due to the heat in the afternoon it was convenient with the sitting area. When we arrived, there was something wrong with the AC and the room was hot. We were not sure if the AC could not cope with the heat outside, but after an hour or two we contacted the front desk. The lady there was super friendly and solution oriented. She came to our room and managed to get the AC going after pulling a few tricks on it. Great job! She had a backup plan tough, offering is two other rooms if the AC would fail. But it did not and what a relief it was when the suite was chilled. We opted in for breakfast and did not regret it. There was plenty to choose from and a barista preparing coffee. It was a treat to be able to sit outside in the shade in the courtyard to enjoy the breakfast.

Good hotel , good location if you use the train transportation , walking distance to old town centre. Pastry shops nearby and you can use the cattle for breakfast Good air conditioner in the room.

The room we had was small and we were not offered an upgrade. I think most rooms are on the small side. You can hear people coughing and talking in the rooms next-door. We could not get the water in the spa hot enough. It seem to, get the heat going when you push the Jets on but they only lasted on for about five minutes and pushing them on most the time we were there did not get it to the temperature we wanted. The steam room and sauna were nice. The TV was mounted at the side of the room and trying to make it more easy to see pulled the cable out of the back. Only one channel seem to have English, number 39. The parking down the street was tight but worked.

The location is very close to the central station, and super convenient. I am not sure if my room was upgraded although the hotel receptionist told me it was upgraded. The room was not spacious. From the window, I could see only the wall of the next building. The hotels offers free retail bicycle, which I did not use though. It would be convenient to use the bicycle within the city.

We have stayed here before and decided to come back once again. Place is very clean And ladies at the breakfast area are amazing. Overall great place to stay.
