Amazing hotel, all five star.Staff location food entertainment. I would definitely return here.

We stayed at H10 Meloneras for a week. Must say this was very disappointing. Service was bad and quality og the room was quite worn/old. Complained to reception about cleaning of the room and expected it to be fixed. But, nothing really happened, the dust was all over the furnitures. Right outside the resort was several nightclubs creating substantial noice and impossible to sleep for several nights. To list this resort as five star with rating 8,8 seems completely wrong.

The location, the architecture, the quietness, great pools and great food. Staff very professional and caring.

Great hotel, wonderful location, amazing, friendly service, coffee after dinner would have been appreciated.....

This is not a 5 star hotel i would rate it no better than 3 stars, I paid almost 1200€ for a room that should have a ocean view, yes you could see the ocean far away but mostly the bar area was what i saw. And the room itself was a normal standard room. The service was bad from all the staff besides one person who was really great in the lobby bar. I rented a conference room for 300€ and just because i wanted to use the projector I had to pay an extra 100€ for something that already was installed in the room.. A lot of confusion among the staff and I just wonder where did they got their 5 stars? from themselves? Not worth the money and there are better hotels close by.

A great hotel, with superb staff, in a very walkable distance from the heart of Maspalomas. The areas for improvement are room cleaning, which is not thorough enough and significant parts of the hotel are looking tired, including the rooms.

Definitely not a five star hotel, more reasonably three. The hotel is old and very worn. Very expensive compared to the standard. The pool area is quite nice but in the end we will not return.

Our stay was pretty bad, we already got issues from day 1. Some Staff at the restaurant were very rude & didn’t know their own policy & were giving us different directions. When we asked about something they would shrugged & said “I don’t know”! One day we had to leave the gym because you can’t be more than 6. But we had booked via the reception & when we arrived there were only 2 other in the gym. The gym staff who was missing from her post for over an hour wouldn’t listen to us when she came back & threw us out! The hotel is run like a circus the staff have no idea & were working in different ways. When making a complain they promised to follow up & sort it out but then the next day it was forgotten. This is absolutely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms are very average & boring! The service is overall very poor. We even saw a cockroach once in the buffet. They keep the food under heat lamps & it makes it very dry. Breakfast was not so good either, not many choices & the eggs were not tasty! It’s also very loud & we kept waking up by the cleaners. We said we would order cleaning one hour before but they kept knocking on our door & there were no disturb sign anywhere in the room. We’ve been staying in few 5 star hotels nearby & the service & standard is totally different. This is the first & last time at the H10. Please don’t stay here, it will ruin your vacation!

Unfortunately much of the hotel was shut down. The website advertised it’s great services, and we still paid full rate for all inclusive, however it basically offered a 3 star hotel service: - no restaurants were open, only the same buffet - the infinity pool was closed - gym closed - spa closed - sea view room could not have been further from the sea, not your normal sea room view - no minibar - room service at times when guests wouldn’t want it

Hotel rooms in need of an upgrade but were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful The food in the restaurants was very good

This place is amazing on all levels!!! Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights and planned to move round the coast for 3 nights - we came back after one night as it was that good :) Will definitely be coming back here!

The food was not good, breakfast was fine but everything else was poor

The hôtel was fabulous, the food, service and friendliness was second to none. Jose arranged a beautiful melon arrangement with candles at breakfast when it was my husbands birthday. Z the guest relations chap was amazing. We was so kind to my son and got all the children to play together at the pool with various activities.

Overall, a disappointing experience with this hotel, which I partly blame Hotels.com for the marketing of their, so called, VIP Gold Service. We chose this property on the basis that we should get a free upgrade and late checkout, albeit, subject to availability. I understand that busy hotels cannot always offer this, however, you would expect a commensurate alternative incentive to be offered in the event that the hotel was full e.g. a complimentary meal in their 'a la carte' restaurant instead of the cheap bottle of Rioja which was left in the room on arrival (with no corkscrew to open it!). As for the hotel itself, I'm not sure how it can consider itself to be a 5 star property when there are a number of 4 star properties in the vicinity e.g. Lopesan Villa del Conde, which I would consider at least as good as this one. Some examples of issues include: Wifi - only available in your room once you have gone back to reception to ask for the code! No Kettle in the room. Again, you have to go and ask for it. Dining options are very limited. They only offered a buffet service on HB. Even upgrading to their Privilege service meant you only got 50% off in their A La Carte restaurant. I checked some other 5 star properties in the resort and most offered multiple dining options e.g. Riu Meloneras Palace. I would say, however, that the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Would we go back to Meloneras? most definitely Would we stay at this property? most definitely not

Great hotel-a bit far from main shopping area. No problem for me but may be for less mobile.

Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Convenient and close to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of options to eat. The all in-clusive was good. Different menu every night. Although eating outside the property would be less expensive and also equally as good. The nightly shows on the property were fantastic. The New Year’s Eve night was also something to remember. Staff was great and very accommodating. Would definitely be back.

Overall very good. Sun beds need cushions,they are uncomfortable. Rooms a little dark & need updating. Would recommend this hotel & would love to return.

I would say it’s only a 3-4 star hotel, not like a 5 star hotel. The environment is good and clean. But the room condition is old and need to be renovated soon. The front desk staff is not as friendly as a 5 star hotel one.

Food and pool. Maybe the any staff in the buffet could be more pleasant

From check in to check out the customer service was great, special mention to Gerado in Reception and Carvello in the restaurant. This hotel is lovely and clean and the pool area, sunbeds were nicely spaced out, staff were all friendly and work hard and the food was fab!

Only stayed for two days, was an anniversary treat,was a bit disappointed at check in desk,I had asked for a room on the ground floor or even close to a lift and amenities,( I suffer from copd and find it difficult to walk any distance) I was told that we were close to amenities,but in fact we were on the fifth floor and a bit of a walk to our room,also quite a distance to the restaurant! not knowing the layout of the hotel I wasn’t aware I could have been closer to restaurant,pool,and bars! I didn’t complain to staff being as we were only there for the two nights and luckily I wasn’t feeling too bad. I wondered if perhaps the checkin staff hadn’t looked at my special request,if so they need reminding to check !!

I thought that the Hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly and polite.I do think that the gentleman in the Piano Bar should be on later.If you didn't like the disco music after the evening enterainment there should be another option like in other Hotels we have been in.

All in all a lovely stay! But the food/restaurant decor could be much better. The place is very big.. Amazing view.. My only "negative" is the food experience. I am a foodie, and it becomes too "cafeteria" for me with bright lights and massive rooms. The cafe by the food is good a local food, but otherwise also quite dissapointing. Staff is lovely though!

Beautiful hotel. Just got back from a short stay with my friend. Lovely sea view balcony deluxe room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Always with a smile. The hotel had various pools and a fantastic thalassoSpa for a charge of €15 for the day. Massage was amazing. The half board breakfast and dinner buffet in the non al a carte general restaurant was varied and very satisfying. Good selection of non veg and meat. The grounds were so well taken care of and the atmosphere peaceful. Such a convenient gateway out onto the seafront walk which lead to the historical lighthouse town. Amazing views. The only small shortcoming was that a deluxe room didn’t come with tea making facilities. The front desk provided cups and a kettle on request and I had my own tea bags so that was easily sorted. Overall a superb hotel and comfortable stay beyond our expectations and definitely will come here again.

Hotel was great for service, meals, cleanliness location and most of all their staff. A must repeat !!!!
