Sheets dirty, bathroom wanted to clean and room had an odor

Nice place, very clean. Staff was very friendly. The only issue was the bed. Mattress was very firm.

They must improve the property. Overall i do not feel like in USA

An older establishment with outdated fixtures and furnishings. But convenient location and clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Great location

The location is very good , to get to the Fast Ferry to both islands lot's boats activate in marina , JFK museum. There are lots of places to eat and take out. The beaches are close, and are walking distance all around. Two pools! One indoor and one outdoor. When there's bad weather it's a plus for kids. We are very satisfied and will be back next year.

Can’t beat the value for a stay in Cape Cod. The room was large and clean and quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again when back in the area.

I really loved this stay! The staff - all of them! - were warm and so pleasant and helpful. I asked for a recommendation on where to eat and they did not disappoint with their suggestion to go to Spanky’s; I asked for extra towels- they gave me THREE extra ones and when we checked out and asked if we could leave our car there - they didn’t even blink an eye for a yes!! Will recommend to everyone I know - and don’t know 😜

Great location, close to shops, walking distance to ferry rides to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard islands, restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel is little outdated. When we arrived the bathtub was full of hair and sink had some residue of shaved hair. We didn’t use the pools but they looked clean. Even though the hotel is located close to all the shops, it was quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Comforter needs to be replaced, it had some cigarette burns.

Stayed here for 4 days loved it .comfortable,clean,two pools wich we enjoyed since they ate open from 9 am to 9pm and right in the heart of the cuty everything is so close mo need to drive .

This is a convenient place to stay between the bus/transportation center and the ferry docks. Check-in and check-out were easy.

It was convenient to the main street shops, restaurants, and transportation options. I was able to avoid driving most days, opting to walk to shops and restaurants. But I was approached several times by individuals looking for a hand out. None were aggressive, but as a guy I present as more of a challenge than a petite woman might. So something to keep in mind if you plan to walk a lot. The hotel was good. Just don't expect a high-end experience. Wi-fi was spotty at best. Perhaps too many guests were streaming at the same time. The parking lot is a popular hangout for the seagulls. You'll need to wash your car afterwards. Staff was very pleasant, no complaints at all.

We come here every summer ,its our favorite family vacation spot.close to many beaches, restraunts and shops plus within our budget so we can stay an extra night or two. The indoor pool is clutch on a rainy day where you need to keep the little ones entertained and you can walk downtown in 5 minutes. Great staff, clean rooms and location is unbeatable. We will be back next year.

Photos on your site are not representative of the reality, it does not correspond to the actual rooms at all. When arrived, the place was filthy and smelled urine. It looks like they just fold the cover properly but when opened, the bedsheets were not change. There were hair and crumbs. And our kids were horrified and disgusted. We informed the management about it and instead we were told that we could check out if we don't like it and to get refunded through the booking agency. And obviously, you advertise it non refundable for last minute booking. So we had to book another hotel at our expense. The discount you get will double in trouble. I will not book rooms through expedia again. The least thing you can is verify the actual place to validate the pictures that you're advertising. Btw, for $80 more we got a clean hotel with spa, pool and best of all clean sheets and towels with breakfast included.

great price clean and convenient

The motel was clean and modern. There was a minor issue with the plumbing, but staff was very responsive in resolving the issue. The price was right and more importantly, the room was comfortable and nice. I’ve stayed here before and will do so again. Also, it was close to everything in Hyannis, being right on Main Street.
