This hotel is outdated! The shower on hot water cycle made a very loud noise. The free breakfast is a joke. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant it’s connected to a diner. The food was awful. To make matters worse the supposedly free breakfast was actually a $13 dollar voucher! Very deceiving when I paid $300 for this hotel! Never again!

Everyone and everything was lovely. The only complaint I have is the hotel sends texts asking you to choose a check out time. I did and chose 11am yet the maid started knocking at the door before 9am and then again around 10:15.

Paid extra via hotels.com for breakfast for two. When we arrived, we asked about breakfast and they told us there was no breakfast included on our reservation. They ultimately gave us a voucher, but I still haven't seen the receipt so do not know if they charged us again.
When we went to restaurant for breakfast, there was an hour wait for a table.

Hotel was ok but a bit pricey no breakfast was offered which you would expect from Holiday Inn for this price point. Bed was comfortable pillows were not.

Started with issues at check in trying to get a card on file. After telling us we were basically poor and trying 5 different cards, the originals one finally worked and they gave the ole oops our bad.....we got to our room and changed for dinner and went to eat. Got back to our bathroom flooded. The desk worker told us it wasn't his job and the maintenance guy wasn't back until Monday. After a bit of arguing the desk worker screaming at us in front of our children told us to shut the f up it wasn't his job and he was going to kick us out. So I immediately made a reservation down the road and we left. I'm so happy I paid 250$ for that experience.

Very comfy, bed was nice. Just a normal room but very cute. Pool is nice and no one was ever in it .. staff super nice and there’s a diner connected to the hotel with tons of great options …

Eric, at the front, was excellent. He gave us 4 free meals in the diner. That was so nice. He also gave my son some M&M’s. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Very enjoyable stay. We were able to get some rest on our two week road trip. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Waited 20 for someone to arrive to check in. Had $60 worth of food thrown out while at breakfast House keeping went in and threw it out. Was only 9 am on return from breakfast.

Upon arrival they couldn't find our reservation by name which was ridiculous. They offered me a sheet of paper to call the other holiday inn nearby to see if they had me instead of calling themselves which would have been proper customer service. Another attendant told me they didn’t have my reservation and then they finally said oh we already had you checked in.
If I was there on a quality control inspection I would have rated them poorly. People out of uniform, the elevator to the right had mechanical issues with the door and both needed to be cleaned, bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the tub). Come on. Their function is hospitality.
Two saving graces were the nice man who gave me shaving cream - he was very kind and the adjacent diner.
I can’t believe I paid all that money for this kind of service. Never again will we atay at a holiday inn.

Love the soft close toilet seats, all hotels should have them to help keep the room quiet if someone uses the bathroom at night. Advertised as pet-friendly, but dog walk area was a dirty empty lot littered with broken syringes, liquor bottles and some unidentifiable things. Pet-friendly hotels should make a safe, clean safe space for dogs.

They added charges I did not authorize on my card, when I called about them they said no manager would be around until a weekday. Bathroom floor was all sticky, dirt of bedspread.

One night stay. Very basic room. Good if you need to crash somewhere clean and comfy for a night for good value. No frills. Dove soap products and how comfortable the bed was were a very pleasant surprise!

Hotel could use a pick me up- looks a bit old and not up kept. There were crumbs and a lighter in the pullout bed, and someone’s left over food in fridge. The staff are nice but are limited and it shows. I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again and chose another hotel in the area.

My stay was awesome. Check in was easy and Matt was very nice. They were so accommodating. They advertise airport transport, but were short on staff so I didn't think they would honor transport. The Chief Engineer that seemed to do a little bit of everything took me. This is hotel is clear they work nicely as a team to take care of the customer.

When I arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle, the desk told me it was closed for the day. When asked she told me my driver lied and offered no option on how to get there. I walked to the hotel, cancelled my room and left.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was very pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, my room was comfortable and clean, and the attached restaurant had good food at a reasonable price. The location was very convenient to the airport and highway. It was a great choice after a long day of travel. I will stay there again when I fly into Manchester.

Local person - this is a great place to stay locally! I always forget it’s a holiday inn cause it’s more of a Marriott/Hilton vibe. Great attached inexpensive restaurant. Really soft and comfy mattress. Cheap airport parking. Pool and hot tub clean. Great staff. Attached mini convenience store. Safe area that is no where near downtown (so can’t walk to restaurants but is a safer area so depends on your needs). Solid place to book!
